この思いつきの旅は、私にたくさんの驚きをもたらしてくれました。新疆の空からの眺めからカシュガル旧市街の没入体験まで、この暖かい冬に雪景色とは異なる新疆の一面を感じました。鳩を見るためにパリに行く必要はありません。カシュガルに行けばいいのです！☺️ また、シルクロード・ランデブーB&Bでの滞在にも大変満足しました。中庭は旧市街に自然に溶け込み、考え抜かれたデザインの寝室、そして細部に至るまで細心の注意が払われていました。このような伝統的な建築様式にもかかわらず、バスルームは5つ星ホテルの基準を満たしており、本当に期待をはるかに超えていました！👍 中庭では、午後をお茶を淹れ、リラックスして日光浴をして過ごしました… 旧市街を歩きながら歴史と語り合い、何世代にもわたってナンを作り続ける職人を見たり、家族や子供たちの素朴な温かさを目にしたりしました… 観光シーズン以外の静かな美しさを体験しました。運転手のミルさん、言葉の壁を気にすることなく着陸後すぐにリラックスさせてくれてありがとう。ガイドとしてカシュガル旧市街を案内してくれた優しいスビさん、そして温かいアフタヌーンティーを用意してくれて、いつも中庭の照明を丁寧に調整してくれた素敵なハウスキーパーのクエルさん、本当にありがとう。皆さんの心遣いに心から感謝しています🫶 ハハ、この思いつきの旅は本当に素晴らしいものでした😀 カシュガルの冬が温かいのは、こうした人々のおかげです。カシュガルの冬は美しく、静寂の中に歴史と活力が感じられます！

ゲストハウスはカシュガル旧市街の西門からほど近い場所にあり、フードストリートまでは徒歩数分です。客室は民族色豊かな雰囲気で、写真撮影に最適です。オーナーは美しい若い女性で、フロントの地元出身のグーリさんもとても親切で、地元の旅行やグルメ情報などを教えてくれます。客室には加湿器があるので、乾燥を心配する必要はありません。グーリさんは洗濯も無料で手伝ってくれて、とても親切でした。いくつか提案があります。バスルームにはシャワーカーテンを設置して、濡れた場所と乾いた場所を分けやすくすることと、部屋に衣類ラックを設置して服を掛けやすくすることをお勧めします。

フロントの対応はとても良く、チェックインもスムーズでした。部屋は清潔で広く、駐車場も便利です。旧市街にも近く、歩いて数分で行けます。旧市街の入り口にはレストランや軽食のお店もあり、あらゆる面で非常に便利です。強くお勧めします。部屋の設備も充実しており、新しくオープンしたばかりのホテルで、環境も素晴らしいです。

This hotel is great! It’s in a great area. The staff are friendly and provide awesome service! They even offered to do my laundry for me free of charge even though the laundry facility is set up as a 24 hour self service facility. I really appreciated that because I was busy on the day I checked in and would’ve had to do my laundry late at night if they were not willing to do this. I stayed here for one night and did not have any clean clothes for the next day. The rooms are clean. I booked a non smoking room and was provided me without any issues. The room was also on a non smoking floor. The public areas of the hotel that I was in did not smell like cigarette smoke like many of them do in China. I have stayed at many hotels in China and even though I have booked non smoking rooms online for all of the hotels I stayed at, I did not receive one many times as those hotels didn’t have any, which I was not happy with.  The only recommendation I have for this hotel is to prohibit smoking entirely and strongly enforce it with consequences for guests if they haven’t done so yet. This would include all of their guest rooms. This would improve the overall guest experience, especially for non smokers. This is becoming more common in the hotel industry and would make the hotel more attractive to book than hotels in the area that allow smoking.

Although everything was excellent about the hotel but room when entered 1st had sewer smell. I thought maybe be toilet was freshly used and I let the key in to let the exhaust fans do their work while I went out for several hours. Unfortunately upon return the smell was intact, however I was so tired that I crashed into bed without complaining or considering room change possibility. . Considering the price and reputation I think the hotel management should look into this issue of room no 1715.

We are a couple from Singapore. After traveling through Northwest China for more than four weeks and staying in several hotels, we found our experience at Return Inn, Kashgar, to be the best—it left the most positive impression in its price range. The owner does not speak English, but we could communicate via a translation device. His attitude was very sincere and warm, making us feel like we were meeting an old friend. The hotel is located very close to the ancient city. Although the facilities are basic, it has hot water, WiFi, and is very clean and tidy. There is no elevator, but the owner helped us carry our luggage upstairs. Highly recommended!

I had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels. Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter. The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall. The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel. All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable. Thank you all for a great stay during our 10 days in Kashgar.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Perfect location right in the heart of Kashgar old city. The lobby is a bit dark, entrance stair case looks not very welcoming. The hotel had allowed us to leave our luggage on the night we were out. That help us a lot. We love our stay there and love Kashgar with its culture and peoples.
