JjasminMa古代都市カシュガルの隣の静かな民路地にある素晴らしいホームステイ!場所は便利で、生活の雰囲気は強くて静かです。部屋は清潔で衛生的で、セントラルエアコン、スマートカーテンは快適で、窓の外の緑はさわやかです。
上司はかつて写真家で、美学は素晴らしいです!ホームステイは彼の写真作品でいっぱいで、ホームステイの装飾は暖かいです。上司は熱心でおしゃべりで、フロントデスクはスイカ🍉、マスクメロン🍈を常備しています。個人的にメロンを切って楽しませてください。誰もが座ってチャットします。雰囲気はとても暖かく、家から離れています!そのため、ギリシャ、台湾、四川、北京など、世界中の友達と知り合いました。上司はここの魂です!強くお勧めします!

ゲゲストI will keep repeating it, THANK you to our amazing Landlady. When you travel, people are the ones that make the trip memorable, and she definitely made our days in Kashgar unforgettable ones. The day after we left we were missing her already.
The hotel is perfect, rooms are comfortable, beds are nice, you feel like home, and the location is amazing.
(And there is a very friendly cat!)

Llee1211I booked via Trip.com — It was out of expectations!Close to Kashi Airport, feels like a 5-star stay at a lower price. The hotel is neat and clean with no cigarette smell. I highly recommend this hotel for international travelers, probably you may need translator app if you don't mind.

Service:
Outstanding. Polite and responsive staff. The most satisfying hotel service and best features I experienced while traveling in Xinjiang.
Location:
Free airport shuttle (with booking). Taxi to the city or Old Town costs under CNY 10. It is easy and cheap to move around.
A convenience store and Muslim restaurant with veggie dishes are just steps away.
Environment:
Spacious, quiet, with parking and a small garden.
Amenities:
All that a solo traveler needs.
Automatic heated toilet seat is an extra.
Voice control for the room (Chinese only) was impressive.
I liked the bathroom layout, with anti-slip tiles idea and a separate basin area.
Free laundry (washer + dryer).
Cozy lobby bar (working station) with coffee, milk tea, and soy milk provided. I saw a printer free to use too..
Personal downsides:
I can't find the hotel by the name ”Oriental hotel” (translated by trip.com). At the end, i figured out the name should be GreenTree Eastern Hotel
(Kashgar Airport Branch) as in Didi.
No fridge in the room, I couldn’t store fruits and cold drinks during my 4-night summer stay.
Suggestions:
- Add labels to breakfast dishes to avoid waste
- English signs would be an extra help
- There was once the locals talk loudly at night near the rooms — a reminder sign could help.

SStar FinderVery good hotel and value for money. The staff were very helpful and tried their best to help me check in early after an overnight train journey. The free washing machines were new and effective. The breakfast had sufficient variety, including serving warm noodles. I would certainly consider starting here again.

LLinda C. LeeWe stayed 6 nights and found the hotel very comfortable, clean, spacious. The staff were all helpful & friendly. We got to know the Manager & staff who could speak Cantonese which made it easier for us from HK to communicate. We were guided by the Manager to a nearby good restaurant We were appreciative of the welcome plate of dried & fresh fruits, nuts. The Breakfast selection was suficient with freshly made noodles, plus other hot dishes. Note that it starts from 8am which can be considered late compared to other hotels but because Xinjiang is really 2 hours behind the rest of China but they have to follow Beijing time. The free Laundry room was helpful. I did have an issue with housekeeping as on the first day the room was cleaned, the staff took my own personal toothbrush which I have been using awhile for travelling. Although it was not expensive, it has never bee taken by many of the other hotels I have used it. I informed the Manager but the next day it happened again! This time I was using the hotel's toothbush but still, guests should not have their items taken! Fortunately I locked up valueable items in my suitcase each day. Apart from this issue, we would consider staying here again when we visit again next year.

LLEWIS JOHNExtremely well located, and great value for money. Happy staff who are very welcoming, and the room had everything it needed.
My only concern was some extremely noisy guests in another room, which continued from midnight until 6am on one of the nights. Admittedly, I did not raise this to the staff as it felt too late to do so, so I cannot comment on how well it would've been handled. I'm sure they would have helped to stop it. It does mean that the soundproofing isn't totally perfect, but everything else was very good.
Enjoyed my stay, will return if I come back to Kashgar.

近くには果物やドライフルーツのお店もあり、お食事やお買い物にも便利です。フロント係の態度は良いです。1人は仕事にとても熟練していますが、他のスタッフはそれほど上手ではありません。しかし、彼らは全員地元の人なので、少しトレーニングが必要です。地元の人が私たちにサービスを提供してくれるのを見るのは嬉しいです。観光産業が地元の人々の仕事探しを手助けできるのは素晴らしいことです。地元に貢献できることは気持ちがいいです。

Ffftravel当ホテルは古城の端に位置しており、古城を訪れるのにとても便利で、古城に面した客室からは眺めが良く、古城の全貌を一望できます。部屋は清潔で整頓されており、高度な設備が整っており、インテリジェントハウスコントロールシステムとインテリジェントトイレが装備されており、快適で便利です。朝食は中華と洋を組み合わせた種類豊富なメニューです。
環境やサービスの評価が低い理由は、駐車場や照明のメンテナンスの問題です。結論から先にお話しますと、駐車は非常に大変です！古都周辺は駐車が難しいと聞きました。自動運転車は店に着いてから駐車する場所がないのが一番心配です。予約する前に3回も電話で問い合わせましたが、庭はありますよとの答えでした。駐車場は十分ありますが、店に着いてもまだ駐車スペースがありません フロント業務 中国語が通じない駐車場の管理人にスタッフが私たちを投げ飛ばし、その人は待ってくださいと言い待っていました30分ほど臭いゴミ捨て場の横で過ごし、最後に鉄の棚に駐車させてもらいましたが、私たちの車幅の調整能力が足りずに駐車できなかったので、彼らは気にしませんでした。再度フロントに連絡すると、猛烈な態度で対応し、駐車スペースを探してくれました。階下の広い駐車場には注目しないでください。ホテルと他のいくつかのホテルが共有しているのはほんの一部だけです。
部屋の照明の問題ですが、チェックインしてすぐに照明が常に点滅している（照明の個別制御ができない）ことに気付き、フロントに報告しました。が答えに来ましたが、マスターコントロールをオフにするだけで十分で、ゲストは寝ていないことがわかりました。 2番目の反応は、電気技師はすでに2階に来ていたが、夕食から戻ったとき、電気技師はまだ別の店にいるので今夜は行けないと言いましたが、先ほど述べた電気技師はすでに2階に行っていたというものでした。 、宿泊客のおざなりな態度は一目瞭然、そして明日修理する約束をしたのに、チェックアウトするまで（2日連続の滞在でした）メンテナンスの知らせはなく、ライトは点滅し続けました。 。
観光シーズンになると、ホテルのフロントスタッフはとても忙しそうにしているのを見ましたが、どんなに忙しいからといって宿泊客におざなりにするわけにはいきません。多くのフロントデスクやレストランのサービススタッフの温かく思慮深いサービスがなかったら、私は本当にこのサービスについて悪い評価を付けたくなります。

The hotel had allowed us to leave our luggage on the night we were out. That help us a lot.

BBlade.around.the.worldI had originally booked another hotel for my 10 day stay in Kashgar but my intrigue with the historical background that's behind the Seman Hotel made me switch hotels.
Admittedly I was a little disappointed upon my arrival when I realized the Rezen brand had decided to choose a modern approach with their recent renovations. But in the end it was fine; the hotel's rooms are very comfortable, in excellent state with outstanding beds, good sound isolation and very good amenities. The shower has a great pressure and the rooms are warm and refreshing in the cold winter.
The location is okay, walking distance to the old town, Uyghur restaurants and a mall.
The receptionists are outstanding and have a wonderful service mind. We had a small issue with housekeeping halfway our stay but the problem got resolved with exactly the kind of attitude you would expect from a 4 star hotel.
All in all for the low off season price we paid it was an outstanding value and a true pleasure to stay at the Rezen Seman Hotel in Kashgar. I would highly recommend this hotel and dont let the slightly shabby look of the outside of the hotel make you change your mind as from the inside the hotel is modern, clean, well decorated and comfortable.
