Many amenities are not necessary and redundant e.g. mahjong table, living room, extra TV set. The welcoming music when I entered the room was annoying and I had turned it off all the time. Instead of giving free breakfast, they gave me free supper, which comprised only cheap dimsum and porridge. Very disappointing. Won't come back to stay at this hotel again.

部屋は広々としていて、清潔で整頓されており、嫌な臭いもありませんでした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。設備もきちんと整備されており、駐車スペースもあったので、駐車も出入りもとても便利でした。

酒店位置位於市中心，服務員的態度非常好，特別是九號，每個都臉帶笑容，衞生也是打掃的很乾凈利落，去哪裡都很方便。進店就提供薑茶，很貼心的行為。有什麼問題也是很快就能解決。值得推薦，

ホテルは松口古鎮移民広場の旧跡の隣にあり、片側は梅江に面し、反対側は村に面しています(夜はとても静かです)。古代の町への出入りにとても便利です。部屋は真新しくシンプルで、観光客が滞在するのに非常に適しています。強くお勧めします。

メーデーに旅行するとき、たくさんの友達がここで休んでいます。場所は便利で、専用の広い駐車場があり、駐車場は問題ありません。 郡庁舎にこのような部屋があるのは素晴らしいことです。新しく改装され、よりモダンでスマートで、バスルームもとても広いです。 無料のジムもありますが、設備は少ないですが、なかなか手に入らないです。ランドリールームもあります。注文をスキャンするために書かれていますが、実際には無料で洗えます。

中文如下 We arrived in Songkou planning to explore the town, and since it was already getting late, we also began considering finding a place to stay for the night. The hotel’s location immediately stood out — perfectly situated between the parking lot and the waterfront square, making it incredibly convenient while still feeling connected to the heart of the town. The building itself is beautifully restored and carries deep historical character, as it once served as the old ticket station where the ferry used to dock. You can really feel the thoughtful care that went into transforming this heritage structure into a hotel — the preservation work is evident in every detail, blending history with comfort in a way that feels both respectful and welcoming. The staff on March 1st were exceptionally warm and attentive — both the gentleman and the lady were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they truly made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. They personally showed us the room and offered to help with our luggage, checked in on our food order, and even came by afterward to clear the plates. Their knowledge of the area was impressive, and they happily shared suggestions on what to see and do nearby. Meanwhile, fireworks were still going off in the distance, adding a festive atmosphere to the evening. The hotel itself continues to impress the more you explore it — a carefully restored historic space filled with thoughtful touches, including a lovely fruit platter in the room. There is also an interesting hall dedicated to Hakka culture that doubles as an event venue, and a stunning bar on the top floor overlooking the water, where we could watch people setting off fireworks across the river. In the morning, the view becomes something truly special — clouds drifting slowly to partially veil the mountains across the river, creating a peaceful, calming atmosphere that makes the whole place feel like a hidden gem. 我们来到嵩口是为了探索这座小镇，由于时间已经有些晚了，也开始考虑在当地找个地方住一晚。这家酒店的位置非常出色，正好位于停车场和临水广场之间，既方便又贴近小镇的核心区域。建筑本身修复得非常漂亮，充满历史韵味——这里曾经是旧时渡船停靠的售票站。可以明显感受到在将这座历史建筑改造成酒店的过程中投入了大量心思与细致的保护工作，每一个细节都展现出对历史的尊重，同时又兼顾了舒适与温馨。 3月1日当天的工作人员格外热情周到——无论是男员工还是女员工都非常友善、乐于助人，让人一到这里就有宾至如归的感觉。他们亲自带我们看房间，主动帮忙拿行李，还关心我们的餐食情况，并在用餐后帮忙收走餐具。他们对周边环境非常了解，也热心推荐值得体验的活动和景点。与此同时，远处仍不断有烟花绽放，为夜晚增添了节庆般的氛围。酒店本身越细看越令人惊喜——这座精心修复的历史空间处处充满用心设计，房间里还准备了精致的水果拼盘。馆内还有一个展示客家文化的特色大厅，同时也可作为活动场地使用，而顶楼则设有一间非常漂亮的酒吧，可以俯瞰水面，还能看到对岸有人在河边燃放烟花。到了清晨，景色更是令人难忘——河对岸的群山被缓缓流动的云雾半遮半掩，环境宁静舒缓，让人感觉这里仿佛是一处隐秘而放松的宝藏之地。

One of our favourite stays was at White Swan Guest House. We had the most amazing experience from the staff. September 2024 We traveled to Meizhou from Shezhen. Being from Australia with limited communication we struggled to get a DiDi not realising we were in the wrong town wanting a long trip. We contacted White Swan hoping they could help us get transport. The lovely ladies Alice and Anna made every attempt to get us a DiDi so late at night and they had a friend who was able to get us from the train station. Once he was at Meizhou train station and couldn’t locate us. Alice suggested we share location on WeChat. it was then that we all realised we were in the wrong town. We had accidentally got off the train at the station before Meizhou, Xingningcun Alice & Anna were so kind and offered to help find us accommodation for the night as it was already midnight. We didn’t really want to because it will interfere with our schedule but there were no more trains.  The ladies understood and  said they could ask her DiDi driver friend but no guarantee as he had finished work for the night. She asked if he would be willing to travel the 1.5 hours to Xingning South Railway station at 1am to come get us. Which would actually have him driving for 3 hours for us. It was a late night but we are so grateful that they tried so hard to communicate with us and make us feel safe and cared for. He was wonderful and because of his kindness we reached out to him many times during our stay. The staff especially Anna and Alice were amazing. Thank you for making our first visit to China a memorable experience. The rooms were perfect, clean and comfortable. September 2025 Because of the 2024 experience, we have chosen to stay at White Swan Guest House. They continue to go above and beyond, and it was great to reconnect with Alice again.

非常に便利な場所にあります。バスターミナルの真向かい。バスに乗りました。梅州西駅からこのターミナルまで18。ホテルはバスターミナルの真向かいにあります。通りの向かいには、たくさんのお店もあります。人気の歩行者専用道路である嘉英旧市街に到達するために、10-15分間歩き続けてください。 ホテルの対角線上に徒歩5分以内の最寄りのバスステーション(バスターミナルではなく)では、客家博物館へのバスに乗ることができます。客家博物館に行って、世界のこの部分の客家氏族について深く理解する価値があります。 もう 1 つの興味深い場所は、南口、客家龍の家や魏龍武を見ることができる客家村です。 9番と24番のバスは、梅江市と南口村を行き来します。 ホテルの部屋は清潔で防音で、広として快適です。フロントデスクのスタッフは、日勤で出会った人を除いて、一般的に役に立ちます。私たちが地元のアトラクションについて尋ねたとき、彼女は私たちを助けたくないようでした。そして、私たちが泊まった他のホテルとは異なり、追加のボトル入り飲料水1本に3元が請求されると言われました。しかし、後で彼らはまだ無料で2本の追加のボトルをくれました。ありがとうございました。

The service was good. The hotel staff were very friendly even if we had a language barrier. (My fault of course not theirs). The bed was extremely comfortable I enjoyed it and the room was large. It was such a romantic room. The Wi-Fi is amazing and fast. The room had good noise cancellation. I only heard people if they were right outside my door but I couldn't hear anybody if they were in their room. I loved the layout of the room very cozy. Delivery always came to my door if I ordered from ******* so that was convenient.  The negative thing I could say was that if someone was smoking in the room below me it traveled upwards to my room. It was nasty smell. But the room smelled amazing when I first got there. It's only if other guests are smoking below the room is where it travels upward. I don't think that is something they can control so I didn't mind it much. It isn't close to the tourist areas so you either have to get a Didi or walk about 20 minutes.  Overall: I liked it and I would stay again. 

The hotel is conveniently situated at a junction where you can find food very easily. There is also a supermarket nearby so we could just stroll over to grab a yogurt drink after meal. The hotel room looked dated and it’s observable from the design and the bathroom, as well as the carpets. However, the room is reasonably clean and service was sincere, friendly and prompt. I sent some clothes for laundry and the staff took the effort to inform me that the clothes would be hand washed then dried under the sun so they should be ready by evening time later on. She also informed me of the pricing, then went on to ask if I was alright with that. I like it that they are very clear with charges and there is no hidden cost. Service was also very prompt. I asked for more water at the concierge when I came back from dinner and the room service staff was already waiting for me at my room door with the water by the time I got out of the lift. The beds were clean and comfortable too. My aunt and I rested well for the two nights we stayed there. The only negative was probably the air conditioner which was quite loud. But once we fell asleep, it didn’t bother us. There is also a very cute tea set in the room which guests could utilize if they wanted tea. It would have been better if they had given us four bottles of water instead of two. Then we would have been having our little tea appreciation session more regularly.
