とても素晴らしい
TtankharrisThis is obviously a very nice hotel and I would recommend and would stay here again. Luxury is very obvious all over this hotel, and it is frankly very cheap for what it is.
The moment we came in, bellhops insisted to carry our bags up to the 80th floor lobby. They were always opening doors for us and very helpful with our bags, 24/7. Once we arrived, we were welcomed in and sat down at an individual desk for check in. There, we were served some excellent tea.
The hotel purser came over and welcomed us in. My girlfriend is Chinese and spoke to the staff in Chinese, but the purser switched up to English to welcome me to the hotel, which is a nice detail. Most Chinese hotel staff consistently avoid putting in the effort to speak English to me.
The hard product is amazing and is matched well with great service. Staff were always attentive and welcoming in both Chinese and English, always saying hello and checking in.
The cons:
This hotel, just like most Marriott hotels, is trying to nickel and dime you, which doesn’t make a lot of sense at this price point. In some ways it isn’t, such as an included mini-bar (all non-alcoholic), but for example it doesn’t have a laundry service, while basically any 3-5 star hotel in China would have included laundry. Also, there is a car transfer service, but it’s so absurdly priced for no particular reason. 400 rmb+ for basic transfers where as a Didi would be 10 rmb. Similar luxury properties such as the Ritz-Carlton has these amenities included.
The restaurants were nice. We only tried Na Lian, which despite being an in-house guest and being told that they could get reservations for us, we basically were treated like walk-in’s despite being told we had reservations (and we were unable to get a window seat). The bar was also nice and we enjoyed it, the staff were very attentive and helpful. The bar manager waited for us to arrive, but the bar consistently had spend limits for any table or reservation, which additionally just seemed silly, considering we were already staying in a booked deluxe room. The drinks and lamb were very good. The menu was a little outdated, and illustrated wine by the glass, but we were then told that the menu is wrong and they don’t do that.
Also, there was strangely a lack of extra towels and bins in the room. I found myself walking into the bathroom many times to throw away trash.
This is a good hotel and I plan to be back again, but it can definitely improve. Too much nickel and diming. Good service and good products inspire people to come back, which is worth much more than selling one bottle of shampoo and pushing a customer to never return again.

ゲゲスト部屋は清潔で快適でした。バスタオルやタオルなどはすべて包装袋で密封されており、トイレはスマートトイレ、机と椅子は無垢材で、電気ケトルはきれいで水垢がありませんでした。ファミリールームには子供用使い捨てスリッパがあり、小さなテントやぬいぐるみ、哪吒と敖丙のテーマスタイルがあり、子供はとても喜んでいました。家族に一番好評だったのはビュッフェ式の朝食で、身長150cmの子供は30元追加料金がかかりましたが、料金はリーズナブルで、美味しく、種類も豊富で、家族みんなの好みに合いました。鳳凰賓館全体の内装は高級感があり豪華で、少し昔ながらの幹部風で、公務員の方が多く宿泊されているようでした。南寧駅から徒歩5、6分と非常に近く、周辺にはホテルが多く、買い物にも便利です。

TThe Sergey中国人にとっては普通だと思いますが、部屋がトイレのようなにおいがするときは外国人には絶対に違います...チェックインした直後、部屋を掃除し始め、誰かの髪が私の髪よりも長いことに気づきました。どこにでも。床にはストライプと洗い流されていない汚れがあります。オーナーが家具やインテリアデザインをたくさん追加しようとしていることは明らかですが、個人的にはこれらの非常に小さなテーブルの目的、座る方法、作業する方法、または食事をする方法を理解していません。完全に不要だと思います。完全に役に立たないと思いますが、中国にはたくさんあります!なぜ必要かわかりません。おもちゃや子供用の小さな椅子もあります。窓には明らかに防音が欠けており、幹線道路に面していると良くありません。しかし、繰り返しになりますが、このような窓は中国のいたるところにあります。彼らは気にしないか、あなたが通りに住んでいるかのように、それらを修理または調整する方法を知らない。😂☝️

素晴らしい
NNyyrikkiKommt man an ist es zunächst etwas unheimlich. In dem Gebäude sind viele Unternehmen und Eingang, Aufzüge und Flure nicht in bestem Zustand. Welch ein Unterschied, wenn man das Zimmer betrifft. Wie abgebildet, recht neu und mit interessantem Lichtkonzept. Die Toilette mit allerlei Features. Reinigung erfolgt auf Anfrage.
Direkt neben dem Gebäude die Altstadt bzw. darauf getrimmte Gebäude mit vielen Geschäften, Restaurants und Nachtmarkt. Dazu nah am Fluss, die Lage also bestens.
Wir würden diese Unterkunft sofort wieder buchen, allerdings ein anderes Zimmer. Laut Beschreibung gibt es eine kleine Küche mit z.B. Microwelle, diese fehlte aber (kleiner Kühlschrank vorhanden). Der Flussblick ist nur ganz klein seitlich. Die beiden Fotos zeigen den geraden Blick aus dem Zimmer und umgekehrt von der Straße.

匿匿名ユーザー今回のエターナル クラウン プラザ 南寧シティ センターの宿泊体験はまあまあでした。サービスは温かく、部屋は清潔で快適で、設備は充実していて快適で、食事と飲み物は豊富で美味しく、環境はエレガントでした。シートリップでは元の部屋の滞在を延長できないのに、ホテルではシートリップよりも高い料金で滞在を延長できるのか理解できません。

DDavidWe decided to stay on few more days as we enjoyed our stay here. One thing , though, is that the breakfast has to be more varied and creative as, after staying 4 days, we were so afraid of eating the same old breakfast day after day. The night supper provided is simple yet good enough. Self service laundry is great and the tv is especially large and room is relatively large. Overall we give thumbs up for this hotel.

ゲゲストWe spent awhile here as were securing Vietnam visas. This is hotel is far from the embassy. On the other hand,it was convenient for the public transport,but not the subway. The front desk had no clue about whether trains to Vietnam from Nanning are possible. They are and we took trains first to Hanoi and later to Mui Ne.The front desk all over Vietnam was full of good advice and could speak English well enough. As for China,they wanted to help,but didnt have the answers and once I could see them tapping away at their phones I knew they would most likely find the same lack of information I found on line. The train at Nanning leaves at 6PM for Hanoi. A special machine exists that prints out a card in five languages with carbon copies that tear away at each juncture of the trip. This will be a bad night's sleep as they rouse passengers late at night to stamp out of China and later into Vietnam. Upon arrival in Hanoi you'll probably need a taxi,but at 6:30am the only ones prey on tourists st the train station. Most people stay around the Old Quarter and it's a well provisioned sort of place with a giant lake at the center. Getting to the train station here required me to get a motorcycle,but wasnt far. It was easy to buy onward tickets and we enjoyed the food and people watching around the lake. Hanoi is sweater weather in January,but once you hit southeastern Vietnam the weather is hot and humid with refreshing sea breezes along the coast.

WWan Suwanアパートの立地は最高で、建物の周囲にはレストランや24時間営業のコンビニエンスストアが多数あり、ミラモールや盛天地にも徒歩圏内です。これらのモールには、良いスーパーマーケットや素敵なレストラン、美味しい飲食店がたくさんあります。MixCモール、杭陽城、コンベンション＆エキシビションセンターもすぐ近くにあります。タクシーで10～15元程度で行くことができ、建物への通路のすぐ前にタクシー乗り場があるので便利です。
アパートの建物とユニット自体は古く、メンテナンスが行き届いていません。キッチンは付いていますが、1ヶ月未満の滞在にはほとんど役に立ちません。電気ケトル以外のキッチン用品は一切なく、適切なグラスや食器さえなく、バスルームには1日2杯分の紙コップがあるだけです。
部屋の設備やユニット内の多くの小さなものは、ドアノブ、ハンドル、シャワー、キッチンの蛇口、テーブルなど、すべて老朽化しており、適切なメンテナンスがされていません。清潔さは十分ではありませんが、ベッドシーツと寝具は十分に清潔で、臭いもありません。清掃は毎日行われますが、床の清掃のみで、交換や飲料水の提供はありません。アメニティは非常に基本的なもので数が少なく、ほとんどが使い捨てなので、持参することをお勧めします。いずれにしても、故障しているケトルの交換、ユニット内に椅子が1脚しかないため椅子を1脚追加してほしい、洗濯洗剤を提供してほしいなど、いくつかのリクエストにはよく対応してくれました。
全体的に、メンテナンスが不十分な老朽化した設備を気にせず、我慢できるのであれば、良い地域でこのような場所に滞在するのは費用に見合う価値があります。

ゲゲスト午前9時過ぎに到着しましたが、チェックインできませんでした。買い物に出かけ、12時過ぎに戻ってきて、部屋のタイプが空いていると伝えましたが、チェックインできませんでした。エアコンの問題ですが、将来的にはこのような部屋に変更されるとは言われていませんでした。部屋の空気は灰色で古い感じです。開いていても開いていなくても、外は何も見えないのでコメントしづらいとしか言いようがありません。
