ゲゲストWe had a wonderful stay at Into Hotel Chibi. The service was consistently warm and accommodating, with special thanks to Yuanyuan and Xiao Chen for their attentiveness throughout my visit.
One of the highlights was the incense experience, which was both interesting and calming — a lovely touch that made the stay feel unique.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with spacious rooms, luxurious amenities, and thoughtful cultural elements woven into the space. It’s clear that a lot of care has gone into creating a relaxing and meaningful environment.
Overall, a delightful stay. Highly recommended
OousahaI stayed at this hotel, but my experience was mixed. The room I was first given was on the second floor, and it felt a bit scary because some rooms on that floor had not been renovated yet. There was also an unpleasant smell. Because of this, I decided to pay extra to change to a room on a higher floor, which was much better. I hope the hotel can improve the lower-floor rooms in the future.
PPius OttGood hotel, basically like all Vienna Hotels. If you've been in one you know what to expect. The rooms are large, nicely fitted out and clean. The free breakfast was an unexpected bonus.
The one minor complaint is that the lifts look very dated and feel like goods elevators. But I can live with that as long as the rooms are nice.
