This hotel is very new and high tech with voice command. Service is good with FREE shuttle to and from train station. The AC can be a little better with lower the temperature for 2 degrees. The breakfast needs LOTS of improvements. Overall is a very clean, new, and good rest.

部屋は広々としていて設備も充実しており、料金も大変リーズナブルでした。フロントのスタッフはとても親切で、無料の朝食を提供してくれただけでなく、役立つ情報も教えてくれました。 しかし、予約プラットフォームとホテル間の連絡が迅速ではなかった点は指摘しておきたいと思います。禁煙室をリクエストしたのですが、湖北省の冬は部屋がかなり寒かったです。チェックイン確認前にエアコンをつけて快適な室温にしておくと良いでしょう。

For the region where it is located, this hotel is doing great. Variety of food offered for breakfast, with the “round communal tables” where strangers are just sharing the table as long as there is available seat. There was laundry room with laundry machines that are hard to understand how to use if you are a foreigner. There was also a gym room. The best part I think was the lake and park and tennis courts right behind the hotel, we had the pleasant walk after our meal. You can take your pet to stay with you in the room with some guarantee deposit in place. Translation app would really help with communication.

I stayed at this hotel, but my experience was mixed. The room I was first given was on the second floor, and it felt a bit scary because some rooms on that floor had not been renovated yet. There was also an unpleasant smell. Because of this, I decided to pay extra to change to a room on a higher floor, which was much better. I hope the hotel can improve the lower-floor rooms in the future.

赤壁駿怡酒店乾淨衞生，出門就是公交站，房間裏一塵不染，床單被罩透着清爽，衞生間也沒有絲毫異味，住着特別放心，床軟硬剛剛好，睡上去特別舒服。 服務更是沒話説，前台接待熱情又耐心，有需求響應特別快，全程體驗很舒服。沒有多餘花哨的東西，但核心的住宿體驗做得很紮實，性價比很高，推薦！

Good hotel, basically like all Vienna Hotels. If you've been in one you know what to expect. The rooms are large, nicely fitted out and clean. The free breakfast was an unexpected bonus. The one minor complaint is that the lifts look very dated and feel like goods elevators. But I can live with that as long as the rooms are nice.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the hotspring valley hotel. The room was comfortable, clean, and well appointed. It was right next to the hot spring resort and they had a great Chinese breakfast buffet.
