It was an exceptional experience at the LostVilla. We stayed here as a base to explore all the wineries that Yinchuan/Ningxia offers. This place is well designed with a beautiful lush tropical court yard. Great food, great coffee, extremely considerate and friendly staff. Xiaoma/小馬, he was so nice, friendly, professional and proactive with all services. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much ❤️❤️❤️

設備：テレビのリモコンが切れていましたが、電話するとすぐに交換してもらえました。とても迅速で、サービスも素晴らしかったです。初日には、フルーツ、ヨーグルト、キュウリなど、心遣いが行き届いていました。無料でスイートルームにアップグレードしてもらえ、照明も明るく、すべてがスマートでした！とても快適で清潔でした。小さなロボットがルームサービスを提供してくれたのもとても便利でした！朝食は種類も豊富で美味しかったです！

ホテルは西遊記風で、玄関を入るとすぐに廊下に金色の輪が掛かっています。部屋には西遊記をテーマにしたデザインがたくさんあります。ホテルは鼓楼の近くにあり、駐車も便利で無料駐車場があります。超大型ジムとセルフサービスのランドリーサービスもあります。フロントの女性もとても綺麗です。部屋は清潔で衛生的です。設備も充実していて、間取りも温かみがあり、どの面でもとても満足しています。お勧めです。次回遊びに行く際はこのホテルを選びます。

We came to visit my mom who was unexpectedly hospitalized. The hotel is right across from the hospital. This is a brand new hotel. The staff, Ms. Candy Wang, had excellent attention to detail and service mindset. I told Ms Wang just incidentally that we were only there for a night but may need to extend it on demand due to family care requirements. Ms Wang gave me an upgrade to a bigger room in case my mom needed to come in to rest for a while before we catch the flight home. We exercised this option when my mom eventually discharged, which I am so grateful for. Ms Wang made sure that travel and breakfast was well taken care of. She also helped me in my busy state of affairs to take care of parcels that I received on behalf of my mom. We have travelled to many places and countries. This has been the best experience ever!

ワンダ・ジンフェン・モールの近くにある素敵なホテルで、周囲にはたくさんの薬局があります。階下の「小任果」という果物屋は、銀川でも屈指のフルーツチェーン店で、フルーツ、ヨーグルト、ナッツ類が豊富に揃っています。銀川から日帰り旅行に行く際に持っていくために、これらを購入しました。ジンフェン地区は鼓楼地区よりも静かなので、滞在には最適です。 ロビーでは、宿泊客向けに終日、軽食、フルーツ、ドリンクを提供しています。コーヒーは最高でした！ 無料の洗濯乾燥機も利用しましたが、これは素晴らしいアメニティです。 上海から前日に電話で予約した空港への無料送迎サービスには大変助かりました。受付と朝食カウンターのスタッフは皆とても親切で、親身になって対応してくれました。 アメニティはすべて高級品でした。 もし欠点があるとすれば、3階のふっくらとした清掃員の女性です。お風呂の洗剤が少なくなっていたのに補充をお願いしたところ、補充を忘れてしまい、機嫌が悪そうでした。彼女は私たちにボトルを渡しただけで、自分で取り付けるように指示しました。また、同僚が勤務中は部屋のコントロールパネルを拭いてくれるのに、彼女は拭いてくれなかったので、ハウスキーピング後もガラスに指紋が残っていました。 小さな問題ですが、ホテルの他の部分はすべて素晴らしかったです。

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s very conveniently located, about a 10 min walk to the Drum Tower and the pedestrian shopping area, which includes lots of restaurants. There’s also a bus stop directly in front that is convenient to take for the museums. It’s an easy pickup location for didi and not far from many of the attractions that are in the outside of the city (about 35-40 min drive). The hotel was incredibly comfortable and the laundry facility was fabulous to have access to. The staff was outstanding (and the manager spoke a English!). They not only assisted us with recommendations, but we’re also helpful when we needed assistance regarding a package delivery we had. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel and would definitely stay there if we came to Yinchuan again!

部屋は比較的快適で、高層階で眺めも良いですが、夜は少し寒く、エアコンがあまり効かず、朝食の料理はパスタがなく、ビーフンのみです。北方人で、ビーフンを食べるのに慣れていないのですが、ホテルのチェックインが真夜中です。注文したとき、ドアに座っているサービススタッフとフロントデスクの店員はずっと真顔で何も言いませんでした。こんにちは。改善の余地があり、さらなるトレーニングが必要だと思います。

たまたまトレジャーホテルに泊まった!ドアに入ると暖かい雰囲気に癒され、部屋は絶妙に装飾され、照明は素晴らしいです。衛生状態は安心できるほどきれいで、細部は注意深く行われます。サービスは優しくて思いやりがあり、コミュニケーション体験はとても良いです。周囲の環境は便利で静かです。とても快適な滞在体験で、Nブラシの価値があります!

停車非常方便，地理位置偏但對於自駕問題不大，外面環境很安靜。衹是住的當天下雨，我習慣乾燥氣候，覺得潮氣有點重。提醒一下老闆，就我訂的這個梵高什麼的房間，大床床頭靠窗户那邊角落是不是有根排水管之類的東西，雨下大了排水聲音很大。。檢查一下吧。。。

First of all, the hotel accepts foreigners (as of April 2024). It's a four-star hotel, and the facilities are typical of such hotels in China - very good. The staff was also kind and helpful. It's possible to store your luggage for free before check in and after check out. The location is a bit of a mixed bag, but that's more due to the fact that Yinchuan station is quite far from the city center (about one hour by bus). The hotel itself is located very close to the city center, but there aren't too many things to do there. Still, public transportation is quite accessible from the hotel, and of course, lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, good value for money, especially since cheaper hotels don't seem to accept foreigners.
