少し早く到着し、午後2時のチェックインまで荷物を預かってほしいと頼んだところ、若い男性が「お部屋の準備ができているか確認させてください」と言い、実際に準備ができていたので部屋を使わせてくれ、車を駐車する場所まで教えてくれました。素晴らしいサービスでした。素敵な部屋に泊まり、カルタヘナでの滞在を心から満喫しました。なんて素敵な街なのでしょう。

Excellent location, room was spacious with views of the town and the sea , bathroom had a good walk-in shower . Could do with more hangers and shelves to put clothing , as there is plenty of space . Breakfast excellent quality and plenty of choice , the service was efficient and the staff worked very hard !

Absolutely perfect place. The hotel was spotless. We’ve never stayed at a hotel where it is managed and run so well. Staff and facilities are superb. We stayed in a number of golf resorts prior to Grand Hyatt La manga, Grand Hyatt was by far the best. We will definitely be back !

Sauberes und zentrales Hotel (750 m zum Zentrum) mit gutem WLAN. Badezimmer mit Duschproblemen. Ein sehr seltenes Design bei den Hähnen . Nur bei einer bestimmten Stellung kommt kein Wasser mehr. Ich hatte eine kleine Überschwemmung, die glücklicherweise verschwand. Hatte mehrmals einen Schock mit kaltem Wasser. Bequemes Bett ohne normale Nachttische. Die Bar neben dem Eingang öffnet um elf. We stayed overnight to go to see a concert at the Bullring. This was the perfect location to stay. A 13 minute gentle walk to the venue. But best of all our sleep was undisturbed by any noise from noisy guests in the corridors or outside on the street. The beds were so lovely and comfortable. There was a kettle in the room for a cup of tea in bed. A small, but lovely pool with free pool towels and great cava and piña coladas. 🍾🥂🍹We had a great stay and I would definitely, definitely book again for the next concert.

Instalaciónes 9/10 Recepcionistas 6/10 carecen de simpatía un@s dos que tres empleados. La Limpieza fatal, lo hacen lo más rápido q pueden sin darse cuenta de las cosas q de verdad tienen q estar limpias. Hay q llamarles varias veces a los de recepción para que te hagan caso sobre lo que pides. Servicio del demás personal del restaurante y bar. Excelente 11/10 todos son muy buenos y profesionales.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The room was spotless, modern, and offered a beautiful view. I was particularly impressed by the breakfast buffet, which had a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The location is also perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough for a good night's sleep. I will definitely be returning!
