Dormir directement à l’intérieur du parc fait vraiment partie de l’expérience : pour ça, je recommande, car c’est très agréable de pouvoir rejoindre les attractions à pied et de profiter de l’ambiance du site. En revanche, plusieurs points sont décevants : • Le check-in automatique fonctionne très mal. • La file pour récupérer la carte de chambre donne l’impression de faire déjà la queue pour une attraction. • Le personnel est peu aimable et manipule les passeports avec une négligence étonnante (ce qui n’est pas acceptable quand on est un grand voyageur). • Les remarques sont mal prises, ce qui n’aide pas. Les chambres, de style “petites villas”, sont correctes mais sans charme particulier. La piscine, très grande, semble presque disproportionnée, mais reste agréable. Au total, l’hôtel laisse une impression un peu triste et le séjour n’a rien d’inoubliable, même si l’emplacement sur le parc reste un vrai plus.

I've been staying at this hotel regularly for over ten years. The main advantage of this hotel is the staff, who never change. So, all regular guests here become part of the family. This time I was here for my birthday, and it was so nice to receive the warmest congratulations from everyone! The hotel is impeccable. The only downside is that the breakfast food, which should be hot, is completely cold.

とても素敵なホテル。ビーチの中心部に位置しています。朝食は素晴らしく、まあまあの選択でした。 大きなマイナス点は、ホテルのビーチチェアに横になるのに料金を支払わなければならないことです。ホテル専用の椅子の場合は付属するはずです！

I was not fully satisfied with our stay in hotel Best Da Vinci. I did the reservation with the information that the breakfast is 7.7 euro per person. When we arrived to the reception for check in , the receptionist said is it is 12 euro per person per day and she told us this is the price even I was showing my reservation details regarding breakfast cost. She said she will speak with her manager on breakfast price but nobody came back to us for this issue. We had to pay 12 euro per person/day for the breakfast. The second day of the stay , they didn’t provide room cleaning and we requested to change towels change and they gave new towels. The location of the hotel is very close to the beach and the entertainment was good. We appreciated about these 2 things during our stay.

On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

すべてが正しいです。ホテルはかなりシンプルで、部屋は適切で、4つ星です。 公園でいるのは本当です 入り口と到着の受付時間は少し遅く、大勢の人がチェックインしにくく、2人しか受付できません。 駐車場の価格は18€ですが、広場は広いです

Très mauvaise isolation dans les chambres, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres voisines et dans le couloir. Très bon emplacement avec vue mer, boutiques et restaurants à proximité.

Fin de semana idílico con amigos. Desayuno del Club San Juan espectacular. Se dieron cuenta del cumpleaños de uno de los amigos y le dieron un detalle en el desayuno. Destacar la atención de Chus en este aspecto, atenta, profesional y super cercana. Repetiremos!
