「デラックスルームはきれいでしたが、とても小さかったです。ツインベッドは互いにインチ離れていて、さらに離れる余地はありませんでした。食事は十分で、夕方のメニューから両方を選択したメインコースは利用できず、午後7時までに売り切れたので、代替品を選択する必要があり、刺激的ではありませんでした.全体的にかなり残念な経験」

「ヘルムズリーの町の中心部に位置するホテルは、伝統的な英国スタイルのヴィラホテルです。ホテルの環境はシンプルで居心地が良いです。ホテルの小さな庭はとても美しく、庭に座ってアフタヌーンティーを楽しむのに適しています。ホテルにエレベーターがないというだけです。荷物を部屋に移動するのはより難しく、ホテルにはそのようなサービスを提供するための追加のスタッフがいません。」

「Having visited previously we were very much looking forward to spending 2 nights at The Feversham Arms. We were disappointed to see how tired the venue looked on the outside the sun was shining and we looked forward to spending the afternoon having lunch by the pool and Soaking up the sun.  The service was below par and the food was average despite being quite heavily priced. There wasn’t enough seats to accommodate the guests who all obviously wanted to do the same thing. The pool area had uplifted flags with weeds growing and the pool is in desperate need of repair. Having visited previously and been treated with kind and courteous staff I was disheartened by the attitude of some of the service staff, especially in the spa area and the alfresco dining area.」
