ゲゲスト素晴らしい小さなホテル。本当にきれい。見つけやすい。丘の上にあるので、荷物で少しトレッキングしますが、どこに行くかによっては町まで5-10分しかありません(下り坂)。優れた英語でとてもフレンドリーなスタッフ。唯一の欠点は、私たちが1階にいたので、出入りする人と朝食が準備され提供されるという騒音が少しあることですが、両方の朝起きて出かけたので、それは私たちを悩ませませんでした。

ゲゲストThe scent of the hotel is very spa-like. The owner greeted us warmly and made us feel really welcomed. Everything was high quality from bedsheets, bathroom amenities, furniture, bath room towels and breakfast. Also the bathroom mat! I can tell the owner has put in a lot of thought into the whole experience. The bed was so smooth and comfy - I’m very picky with sheets and bed. Highly recommended!

ゲゲストThe apartment was very well located near the town centre. The staff were lovely - good communication before we arrived and looked after us so well while we were there - checked us in early and looked after our bags after checkout on the final day before our evening trip back to the airport.
The accommodation was spacious - would easily have slept 4 if we'd used the sofa bed. Actually we hardly used the sitting room.
Everything was very clean and tidy - daily room service. The coffee machine in the kitchen was a bonus.
Plenty of cups and glasses - but no cutlery or plates, so although the kitchen area was set up for cooking, making a meal wouldn't have been easy. As we were only there for the weekend it wasn't an issue for us.
Reception is not 24 hours though it looked simple enough to get instructions for key safe etc for late arrivals. Very good security around access to the building.
It was expensive, but it was the film festival, so actually we were grateful to find any accommodation with vacancy for a late booking. Would definitely go back.

匿匿名ユーザー房間浴缸設計沒有浴簾，使用上有點不便。其他都很好，面積蠻大的。離海很近，過馬路就是。周邊都是奢侈品店，逛街很方便。餐飲選擇也非常的多。位置環境服務都太好了，非常滿意的入住體驗。

ゲゲストEin sehr süßes, kreativ gestaltetes Haus mit Pool im grünen Garten. Absolut großartiger Service und sehr nettem und zuvorkommendem Personal. Wir hatten eine Suite im OG, die absolut großzügig geschnitten war und einen riesigen Balkon hatte. Vom Bett aus konnte man bis zum Meer schauen. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Einzig an der Ausstattung in der kleinen Küche kann man noch arbeiten- Gläser, Teller, Besteck und ein Korkenzieher sowie Geschirrhandtuch wären toll. Auch ein Bademantel für den Pool wäre schön. Die Lage ist etwas oberhalb der Innenstadt, was wir als sehr angenehm empfunden haben, da es weniger touristisch ist. Mit dem Bus ist man sehr schnell am Meer. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

SShamin GholamiWe booked this place for the pools, the spa and the parking.
Upon arrival we were told the parking is full, we don't have breakfast although I showed proof in app and in my emails.
After getting to ”our room” we found it was already taken (there was an upon luggage on the bed) and we were informed someone got upgraded to our upper floor room with breakfast and we got their lower floor room (without breakfast, which would explain the initial confusion ).
They asked for a credit card for the mini fridge goods but our mini fridge was empty.
We didn't have enough towels and I literally had to bring them up myself.
The upper floor/outdoor pool (the oke in the first picture of the hotel) needs to be booked the same day and has 10 spots only with no booking limit per person and the spa/massages were fully booked (with only one 30min available at 7:15am and we are a couple) needless to say we didn't get to enjoy neither.
We used the sauna and there were no towels, although mandatory to use in the sauna as per their sign, no water to rehydrate and no water to pour on the stones for steam.
We didn't go to the indoor pool initially because of screaming/shouting kids although there were signs with instructions for a quiet and relaxing area.
Honestly, I feel like we were scammed 😪 would never stay again and really wished we booked another place especially given the wide variety of beautiful Hotels in the area.
Moreover the room didn't have a ceiling light but just ambience lamp, ours was constantly flickering so we turned it off and spent our time in the semi-darknes (room 325)..
The breakfast was good and the staff lovely, we interacted with Joao (upon arrival with the big mess up, he was very helpful and apologised many times), Manal and Nabil and they were all great and very helpful.
