Good location in the city centre. Friendly and helpful staff. The lifts are being operated only in the half of the building, thus it could be quite complicated if you have large bags with you. Unstable and slow Wi Fi. I did not try the breakfast, so nothing to comment.

Kimi Résidence has free parking and it meets basic needs. We stayed in the ground floor room with small kitchen - stove microwave and toaster The bathroom doorknob was loose and the main door was hard to open with a key. The room decor was very cozy and the beds were comfy.

It is a gem in Cannes I found. Super close to Palais , surrounded by good food. And on top of all , great host ! Attentive , patience and helpful. Book it and thanks me later .

Bien situé, à 5 minutes des plages. Juste en face de l'arrêt de bus. Employés serviables. Par contre 7 nuits passées sans qu'ils trouvent une solution de l'ascenseur impossible à appeler au 5ème étage. Il fallait monter par les escalier au 6ème étage ou descendre au 4ème ! Pas pratique, surtout avec les bagages.

Staff are kind enough to give me a bigger room. You need to bring your personal commodities because 🏨 only provides a bittle of soup in the 🚽. Hotel is only a min 🚶 from Cannes 🚄 station. Rooms can be noisy if they face the street where the bars are.

Обслуживание было хорошим, меня заселили с утра и с этим не было никаких проблем, отличное состояние номера - единственное не хватило чайника, ванная комната в хорошем состоянии - есть ванна

これはカンヌへの旅行に絶対に完璧でした。宿泊施設は快適で清潔で、私が想像していたすべて以上でした!バルコニーも素晴らしかったです。定期バスが時計のように走るバス停にとても近く、近くには良い食料品店があります。 来年は絶対に戻ってきます!
