It was a graduation gift and the room was beautiful and they were cooperative when I contacted them to decorate it they interacted with me even though it was with drawings but everything was beautiful

率直に言って、部屋の大きさは私の想像を超えており、とても広としたアパートです。キッチンには必要なものがすべて揃っています。朝食と夕食は自分で作ることができます。私たちは一晩でシーフードディナーを作ります。私たちは服を洗うことができます。家のように感じますが、施設は比較的古いです。旅行もとても便利で、駅やスーパーマーケットにとても近いので、次回はここを検討します。

NCL空港のすぐ隣という便利な立地のホテルは、専用駐車場と素晴らしいスタッフを完備しています。早朝のフライトのお客様には嬉しい早めの朝食もご用意しています。素晴らしい景色を望むジムも併設しています。

絶好のロケーション、駅に非常に近い。食事や見どころはホテルから歩いてすぐでした。北の天使は車で15分でした。スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切で、朝食も素晴らしかったです!スパ施設も使って素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。間違いなくお勧めします

Myself and my partner stayed at this hotel for 3 days. When I booked it, I never realised it had one part at one side and the other part across the street. If you book your standard rooms your hotel is across the road. The standard double room was 'cosy'. There wasnt a great deal of space but we were out the majority of the time so it was fine just for a place to sleep. The location is good, definitely a student area and the hotel offer earbuds for the noise. We stayed through the week and being honest we didnt find it that loud and most places were closed and quiet for no later than midnight. I do imagine it would be very different staying at the weekend. We used west Jesmond metro to get to and from the city centre, the hotel is about a 8 minute walk from the metro, the are very frequent also, so all in I think it took no more than 15 mins to get right into the city centre. So the room in general was ok, our room had a bit of a smell coming from the drains, which wasnt very nice so we had to buy a spray for the room. The main issue with the room and the hotel is the heat!! It has just been 28 degrees in newcastle and outside was cooler than the room. We bought chocolate and it melted in a cupboard. They do give you a fan but being honest, it did nothing. The window was also small so no air really got in from that either. It made for a few uncomfortable nights sleep! Overall the cleanliness was ok but just far to warm.

Very clean and comfortable room. On top of the pub, (Cog and Wheel pub) you come in via the pub. Very friendly staff

私は孫娘のためにこれを予約しました、そして私はニューカッスルで1.30pmの予約に出席し、アリーナで夕方にコンサートに出席しました。 午後3時にチェックインする前に到着した受付係は親切にホテルの駐車場に駐車することを許可してくれたので、後で反対側の地下鉄駅から車を移動する必要はありませんでした。これは大きな助けでした-ありがとう。 予約後にチェックインし、23号室の鍵を手に入れました。暖房が効いていてとても清潔で居心地が良かったです。 私はバスルームで冷たい蛇口を完全にオフにしようとしましたが、私の孫娘はそれをソートしました...多分プロからの注意が必要です。 着替えた後、私たちは地下鉄で町に戻り、リック·アストリーに会いました。 お腹が空いたときはかなり遅かったが、ホテルはキングストンパークからマクドナルドの配達を注文して大丈夫だった。全体として、価格に含まれている朝食と一緒に、私たちは素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。乾杯!

Front desk service was lovely, free parking is always great.  The room itself was small but did a job - although the mattress was very thin and the pillows even thinner.  Used the pillows meant for three people just for myself, so bare that in mind.   Bit of a musky smell but again all things you expect at this price point.

Great location, nice little room, it's listed as an apartment but I wouldn't say it's big enough to be considered one. My only problem with the room was the cleanliness, the walls and floors had a lot of marks and dirt, same with the curtains. It made the trip slightly less comfortable. It could have also done with Aircon as it was very warm. To sum up - Pros - Great location, comfortable bed, mini kitchen with kettle, fridge and tea & coffee provided. Even some biscuits too. The price was great for a Saturday night during a big Newcastle event we spent £55 which was way cheaper than most other hotels in the area. Cons - wasn't very clean and the check in was a little awkward as our keys wouldn't work. If this was improved my rating would be a lot higher.
