Hotel was wonderful, staff were so friendly and attentive, really talkative and approachable. Breakfast in the morning was delicious.

Great overnight stay. Perfect for train next day, and for an evening stroll along the quayside. Excellent location and very good value. Plenty of kitchen utensils for those staying longer term who would enjoy being self sufficient. Room very clean and tidy too.

What a perfect location for a flight from Newcastle.. The room was massive , beautiful bedding, fridge , kettle , coffee etc and a delicious complimentary cookie when we checked in. We ate in the Italian restaurant where the waiter and waitresses were so smiley and helpful. Wonderful service . We’ll be back for certain

The location of the hotel is right opposite St James’ Park stadium, which is perfect as we were there to watch Newcastle United Football Club’s matches. It is easily accessible to every area of the town and also walkable to the city centre and the train station. We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sandman Signature Newcastle hotel and would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Newcastle!

Excellent location close to railway station and Arena. Only a 10 minute walk into city centre.

A lovely trip to Holiday Inn, Gosforth Park. The beds, were comfy, the staff were lovely, very relaxing and the room view was beautiful! They also had very good access to fitness facilities! I will come back again!

The hotel is conveniently located near the train station, but it’s quite a walk to the main attractions. The reception staff were very friendly, and the service overall was excellent. However, the hotel itself feels a bit dated and could use some renovation.

絶好のロケーションにある素敵なホテル。しかし、夕方に部屋に戻ったとき、ホテルのパンフレットから、これは真夜中に終わると示されていた大きなディスコが私たちの上を歩いていました。まだ午前2時にそれを聞いた。ルームサービスも注文しようとしましたが、電話で応答がありませんでした。 最後に、私たちは日曜日の朝8時に目が覚めました。掃除人が家具を全部動かして床をこすり落とすような音がしました。 チェックアウト時に言及しましたが、スタッフは謝罪しましたが、あまり誠実に聞こえませんでした。戻りたくないでしょう。
