先日、クラウンプラザ・ノッティンガムに滞在する機会に恵まれました。その素晴らしい体験は言葉では言い表せません。到着した瞬間からマリアが出迎えてくれ、温かくフレンドリーな態度ですぐに温かく迎え入れてくれました。
滞在中、マリアの卓越した顧客サービススキルは際立っていました。細部へのこだわりと、私の快適さと満足を願う真摯な姿勢は、本当に称賛に値します。彼女は私のニーズに応え、必要な時にはいつでもサポートを提供してくれました。彼女の素晴らしいサービスは、忘れられない思い出となりました。
ホテル自体も素晴らしかったです。客室は広々としており、清潔でセンスの良い内装が施され、快適で居心地の良い雰囲気を醸し出していました。アメニティも一流で、特に設備の整ったフィットネスセンターとリフレッシュできるスパ施設は素晴らしかったです。

WWeTravels LimitedWe were welcomed with a treat being our wedding anniversary. The facilities in the hotel are good and there is on site parking for just £5 a day. The breakfast menu is great and offers anything you would like to have at breakfast. A gym is available and a bar too. The staff are friendly and prompt. I Highly recommend.

ゲゲストGood location- easy to find and close to the train station. We drove so used the car park in front of the hotel where there is a discount for staying at the hotel just let reception know you are parked there - is a set fee for 24hrs.
Rooms were clean and quite basic but sufficient for what we needed - downside no fridge to chill your drinks. There is a kettle to make hot drinks and room has tv which is good.
Ordered the breakfast which was lovely - options to have cereal, fruit,yoghurt,toast,pastries and a full English with coffee/tea and juice.
Restaurant overlooks the river which was nice as we could see the ducks and swans
Hotel has a bar which was nice to have a few drinks in the evening when we arrived
Hotel staff were really friendly and helpful - would definitely go back if we needed to stay in Nottingham again

RRhi_vs_WorldI enjoyed a lovely stay at Chatterley House - A stunning space to relax and reset along my journey. Jackie was a fabulous host, very friendly and accommodating. My room was exceptionally comfortable, cosy, and met all of my expectations and more. I can highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a homey place to check in to along their travels. 匿匿名ユーザーThe entrance was so difficult to get to, with such a huge detour to walk around just to get to the entrance. The service and check-in was woeful, when we checked in late at night. The person at the desk didn't know how to check us in, and the other person who was supposed to know how to do the check-in was not around- and had to be called back down. Long wait to check in late that night, even though there was no other guest waiting. The car parking arrangement was terrible as well, and didn't work with their supposed online link up with the parking provider. Very average experience.

Trip.comの側からの予約に問題があり、デューティマネージャーのデクランはタイムリーなマナーで解決することができ、またいくつかの素敵なチャットで非常に楽しい待ち時間を作った。
スタッフは素敵で、バー/フードサービスの2人の若い女性とデクランも含まれていました。残念ながら、女の子の名前は得られませんでした。
建物は見事で、美しい森に囲まれており、散歩に最適です。
部屋は少し古いですが、なぜあなたはあなたの部屋ですべての時間を過ごしたいのですか?快適な睡眠をするのに十分な以上。

Reception was friendly..I arrived late at 2340..friendly night guy..room was adequate for my needs..Room 9 cold tap handle was missing, but a shsve was possible and teeth with warm water..mattress protector needs a boil wash and new carpet would freshen things. Shower was luke warm but manageable..heating was fine..tv ok..1 night fine;)
