とても素晴らしい
MMom needs to travelパドマでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。スタッフは皆、仕事に情熱を注いでいて、本当に親切でした。施設も充実していて、プール、アーチェリー、プレイグラウンド、キッズクラブなど、どれも宿泊料金に含まれています。どのタイプの部屋を選んでも追加料金はかかりません。パッケージプランの部屋を選ぶ必要もありません。宿泊客は無料で利用できます。アクティビティのスケジュールはホテルのウェブサイトでご確認ください。私たちはフラワーデコレーションを選びましたが、とても楽しかったです。
朝食は素晴らしかったです。インドネシア料理が豊富に揃っているので、時間をかけてゆっくりと楽しんでください。お子様の食事は無料ではなく、客室料金には2名分の朝食が含まれています。お子様は約60元ですが、メニューも質もとても良かったので、それでも十分お得です。
全体的に、パドマでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。

DDr. Ong SoetantoThis was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait.
They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time.
The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there.
For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived.
Food overall was decent.
One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

OOn the earthI have been staying at this hotel for a long time and it has always been one of my familiar choices whenever I visit the area. The location is convenient and the overall atmosphere still feels comfortable and welcoming. However, it is a bit unfortunate that the hotel is starting to show its age. Some facilities seem a little old compared to before.
Last night was slightly difficult because there was a loud fan or machine noise coming from outside, which made it a bit hard to sleep. I hope the hotel can check this issue because it could affect guests staying in nearby rooms.
Aside from that small inconvenience, my stay was generally satisfying. The staff were friendly as usual and the service was reliable. I still appreciate the comfort and memories I have had here over the years, and I hope the hotel will continue to maintain and improve its facilities in the future.

ゲゲストHad a little problem when checking in as im booked the studio 30 room since 2 weeks before even paid 900 thousand more than a cousin who booked the hotel 2 days before but when im checking in they said my booking is studio 25 not knowing that Trip.com using 3rd and 4th party for the booking causing misunderstanding and thus i had to wait for 1 hour with babies crying. Luckily the problem solved but that is one of the worst experience booking with trip.com. Still, i will give them chance again as theyre fixing the problem and give small gesture for apologizing

1.出発2日目、受付係に部屋の掃除をするように頼み、他の部屋のバスルーム(2部屋を予約しました)がいつも水で浸水していると不平を言いました。午後10時にホテルに戻ったとき、バスルームは掃除されていないようで、タオルの交換だけのようです。タオルが引き裂かれて色あせているのが見え、シャワーを浴びたとき、シャワールームはまだ水で浸水していました。受付係に再び文句を言った後、技術者がそれを修正し、23.15では、家政婦もバスルームを掃除しに来ました。
2. 4日目の朝、受付係にも129号室のエアコンは冷たくなかったが、技術者は来なかったと不平を言いました。朝の3時まで、部屋がとても暑かったので我慢できず、部屋を変えるように頼みました。しかし、受付係は言い訳がたくさんあり、午前4時まで別の部屋を与えられませんでした。2023年12月31日から2024年1月1日まで午前4時まで一晩中眠れなかったので、これは非常に悪いことです。
その問題のため、サービスが悪いため、よく眠れなかったので、4日目の支払いをホテルに返金するように頼みました。

LLing17部屋は広く、古い建物をリノベーションしてあります...部屋を開けると、まず古い部屋の匂いがします...夜には庭からカラオケを歌う音が聞こえます、朝は運動する音が聞こえる、朝食がたくさんある…味が良い…フレッシュフルーツジュースが本当に美味しい、リュウガン、サラク、メロン、パイナップル、スイカ、マンゴーがたくさんあります…素晴らしい

ゲゲストThis is my 2nd visit to this hotel. Previous visit was quite ok, however this time we were dissapointed with their cleanliness. Once we entered the room, the bedsheet and blankets were a bit smelly and there were yellowish color on them. Also, they forgot to refill the body soap inside the room. Although they did replace the dirty bedsheets and refilled the soap after making a request, but it shows how lacking they are in their cleanliness. Management needs to pay attention to this!
