先日、パドマホテル・スマランに宿泊する機会に恵まれ、最初から最後まで素晴らしい体験をさせていただきました。ホテルは美しくデザインされ、現代的な豪華さとスマランの豊かな多文化遺産が見事に融合しています。立地も完璧で、スルタン・アグン通り86番地、チャンディサリに位置し、ビジネスにもレジャーにも便利です。 客室は広々としており、設備も整っており、素晴らしい街の景色を一望できます。フィットネスセンター、プール、無料高速インターネットなど、最高級のアメニティも充実しています。朝食も種類豊富で、美味しい料理をお選びいただけます。パドマホテル・スマランでは、スタッフの皆様が大変親切で丁寧な対応をし、すべてのゲストを温かく迎え、最高のおもてなしをしてくれます。 滞在中のハイライトの一つは、ホテルスタッフによる素晴らしいサービスでした。彼らは私のニーズに応え、快適で楽しい滞在となるよう尽力して​​くれました。細部への配慮と温かいおもてなしは、パドマホテル・スマランを他のホテルとは一線を画すものにしています。 総じて、スマランを訪れる方にはパドマ ホテル スマランを強くお勧めします。ビジネスでもレジャーでも、このホテルは贅沢で思い出に残る体験を提供してくれます。次回スマランを訪れる際は、ぜひまた訪れたいと思っています。

このホテルは最高です！立地が良く（ほとんどどこに行くにも近い）、部屋とバスルームの設備も良く、サービススタッフもとても良く、朝食の選択肢も最高でした。 チェックインに来て、荷物をすべてホテルの受付係に渡すと、私たちが外出している間に荷物をホテルの部屋に運んでくれるように手配してくれました。 朝食の種類と選択肢もとても良く、特にスマラン独特の食べ物（ナシアヤム、ナシグデグ、タフジンバル、ナシピンダン、ナシソトなど）が揃っています。 シドムンクルジャムも好きですが、私たちには少し甘すぎました。 コンシェルジュスタッフは、翌日のジャカルタ行きのフライトの前に、夜に荷物を詰めるのを手伝ってくれました。 残念ながら、7階の角部屋だったのですが、どういうわけか交通騒音がかなり大きかったです。 テントレムモールにもっとたくさんのお店があって、買い物三昧ができるといいのですが、そうでなければ、パラゴンシティモールに行くほうが好きです :)

This was my first time staying at Khas Semarang. I arrived around 12 pm and the hotel was very crowded because there was an event that day. The staff told me check-in was only at 2 pm, which is fine, but the problem was there were basically no seats available in the lobby to wait. They suggested I sit in the restaurant instead. Honestly that felt a bit strange since it’s Ramadan and people are fasting. Anyway, as a local I didn’t really mind, so I just went to Paragon Mall which is about 10 minutes away to kill some time. The room itself was quite clean and had all the basic amenities, so no issue there. For sahur, I requested breakfast to be delivered at 3 am. It only arrived around 3:30 am. When I asked the staff why it was late, they said they had to deliver to more than 20 rooms first. That made me wonder why they don’t just open a simple sahur buffet to make things easier for everyone. The soto was actually nice, but unfortunately it was already cold by the time it arrived. Food overall was decent. One thing I like about this hotel is the location. There are quite a few nice cafés around and many of them are open 24 hours, so it’s easy to find somewhere to hang out late at night if you want.

Came there to find out that my room has been cancelled. Their reason was because they are in partnership with OYO and a lot of rooms has been canceled by the ”system” so there were no rooms left for me to check in that day. They had already had a substitute hotel which I rejected. I requested a refund in cash and they refused. They promised that the refund will be done via Trip app but when asked how does the refund work, no one could explain. Finally I asked them again about the room availability because I was sure that they had at least a couple of rooms available. I told them that it was their responsibility to provide me with a room, even if the ones available are more expensive than what I have paid for. Suddenly they apologised and told me that a room was available, exactly like the one I had paid for. The rest of the stay was great. I wish to come back and visit the hotel, hoping that such suspicious experience will not be repeated in my next visit.

スマランでのステイケーションにはお気に入りのホテルでしたが、今回はあまり良い経験ではありませんでした。最初に泊まった部屋はエアコンの水漏れで、毎秒水滴が垂れてきていたので、別の部屋を用意してもらいました。新しい部屋でもエアコンは正常に作動しませんでしたが、何度も部屋を変えたくなかったので、これ以上文句を言うつもりはありませんでした。 朝食付きで予約したのですが、その日は宿泊客が少なかったため、メニューから朝食を選ぶように言われました。しかも、1人につき1つのメニューしか用意されません。部屋にはちゃんとした食事ができるテーブルがなく、椅子も1脚しかありませんでした。まあ、最高の経験ではありませんでした。 でも、もう一度泊まってみるかもしれません。このホテルはいつも良いサービスを提供してくれるのですが、タイミングと状況が悪かったのかもしれません。

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that truly exceeded my expectations, making for one of the most enjoyable and stress-free travel experiences I've had in a long time. This attention to detail extended to my room, which was impeccably clean. The sheets were crisp, the bathroom sparkled, and there wasn't a speck of dust anywhere. It's always a relief to know you're staying in a place that prioritizes hygiene, and this hotel clearly does. Beyond just cleanliness, the overall quality of the hotel was excellent. The decor was modern and tasteful, the furnishings were comfortable, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-chosen. Everything from the comfortable bed to the high-speed Wi-Fi worked flawlessly, contributing to a truly comfortable stay. What truly set this hotel apart was how easy everything was. Check-in was a breeze, navigating the hotel was intuitive, and all the services I needed were readily accessible. There were no confusing signs, no hidden fees, and no unnecessary complications. It felt like the hotel was designed with guest convenience in mind, allowing me to relax and enjoy my trip without any added stress. Last but certainly not least, the receptionist deserves special mention. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the receptionist was incredibly helpful in answering my questions about local attractions and dining options. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to go the extra mile made a fantastic first impression and continued throughout my stay whenever I interacted with the front desk. It's rare to encounter such genuinely helpful and pleasant staff, and it truly enhanced my experience. In conclusion, this hotel is a gem. If you're looking for a place that offers exceptional cleanliness, high quality, a seamless experience, and fantastic service from the moment you arrive, I wholeheartedly recommend it. I will definitely be returning on my next visit to the area!

部屋は広く、古い建物をリノベーションしてあります...部屋を開けると、まず古い部屋の匂いがします...夜には庭からカラオケを歌う音が聞こえます、朝は運動する音が聞こえる、朝食がたくさんある…味が良い…フレッシュフルーツジュースが本当に美味しい、リュウガン、サラク、メロン、パイナップル、スイカ、マンゴーがたくさんあります…素晴らしい

私たちはこのホテルに4日間滞在しました(2024年12月28日2023-1 1月)。 1.出発2日目、受付係に部屋の掃除をするように頼み、他の部屋のバスルーム(2部屋を予約しました)がいつも水で浸水していると不平を言いました。午後10時にホテルに戻ったとき、バスルームは掃除されていないようで、タオルの交換だけのようです。タオルが引き裂かれて色あせているのが見え、シャワーを浴びたとき、シャワールームはまだ水で浸水していました。受付係に再び文句を言った後、技術者がそれを修正し、23.15では、家政婦もバスルームを掃除しに来ました。 2. 4日目の朝、受付係にも129号室のエアコンは冷たくなかったが、技術者は来なかったと不平を言いました。朝の3時まで、部屋がとても暑かったので我慢できず、部屋を変えるように頼みました。しかし、受付係は言い訳がたくさんあり、午前4時まで別の部屋を与えられませんでした。2023年12月31日から2024年1月1日まで午前4時まで一晩中眠れなかったので、これは非常に悪いことです。 その問題のため、サービスが悪いため、よく眠れなかったので、4日目の支払いをホテルに返金するように頼みました。

駅に近い。エアコンは完璧。中庭も素敵。ただ、ベッドリネンにシミがほとんどなく、電源ソケットも 2 つしかありませんでした。
