The staffs at the hotel were very attentive. The food was good, I commented on the breakfast and I was good except many fried stuff not so suitable for guest outside Indonesia. the next morning we received a special treat from the chief Richie with a soup and special egg benedict. I will definately come again.

スラバヤ西部にあるパクウォンモールに直結した超便利な新しいホテル。清潔で、子供用プール、子供の遊び場、バスタブ、ウェルカムドリンク、各国料理のフルブレックファスト、フィットネスセンターなどの設備が充実しています。 サービスは申し分のないもので、スタッフはフレンドリーです。ホテル内はとても混んでいるようですが、朝食会場は広々としていて、窮屈にならずに誰でも宿泊できます。 全体的に滞在は楽しく、必ず戻ってきます。

シャングリ・ラ スラバヤでの滞在は、最初から最後まで素晴らしい体験でした。サービスは温かくプロフェッショナルで、スタッフ全員が私たちを温かく迎え、丁寧におもてなしするために、期待以上の働きをしてくれました。 客室は広々としていて清潔、エレガントな家具が配され、快適さと贅沢さが完璧に調和していました。特に、贅沢な寝具と行き届いたアメニティには感激しました。部屋からの眺めも素晴らしく、長い一日の終わりにリラックスできる静かな街並みを眺めることができました。 朝食は特に素晴らしかったです。インドネシアの郷土料理から西洋料理、アジア料理まで、種類豊富なメニューが揃っていました。プールエリアと緑豊かな庭園に囲まれた空間は、都会の喧騒を忘れさせてくれるほどでした。 立地的には、ショッピングモール、レストラン、主要道路に近い便利な立地でありながら、ホテル自体は静かな隠れ家のような雰囲気です。 真のおもてなしを感じられる5つ星ホテルをお探しの方には、シャングリ・ラ スラバヤを自信を持っておすすめします。

I stayed here for 3 nights, and this is my honest review. The hotel has recently reopened after a complete renovation and rebranding. The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check-in took about five minutes because the staff member assisting me seemed new and was carefully following the procedures. I didn’t mind at all, and I was served a delicious welcome drink while waiting. After check-in, a staff member escorted me to my room. Pros: 1. The rooms have been fully renovated and feel modern. 2. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, even at 26°C. 3. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes. What impressed me the most was that, even though the hotel was still very quiet and there were only a handful of guests during my stay, they still offered a full breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Many hotels would simply serve a limited set menu or deliver breakfast to the room when occupancy is this low, but this hotel maintained a complete buffet from end to end. I really have to give them credit for that. 4. The location is convenient, with Superindo and Indomaret within a 3-minute walk and Pakuwon Mall only about a 9-minute drive away. 5. The lobby is spacious and looks luxurious. Cons: 1. The TV was by far my biggest disappointment. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, and the TV appeared to be left over from the previous hotel rather than replaced during the renovation. It was very small, around 32 inches, and wasn’t a Smart TV, which feels completely out of place for a hotel that claims to be five-star. The selection of TV channels was also very limited, and the picture quality was poor with noticeable static, making it quite unpleasant during my 3-night stay. The Executive Rooms have larger TVs, but based on the information I received, they are not Smart TVs either because I was told that only the Suite Rooms will have Smart TVs, and those rooms will only become available after the hotel’s grand opening. You can even notice that the hotel doesn’t include any photos of the TV in the Deluxe Room images on its booking page, which almost makes it seem like they’re avoiding showing it. Nowadays, it’s hard to imagine a genuine five-star hotel still using a 32-inch non-Smart TV in its standard guest rooms. 2. Soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear noise from the next room and the nearby mosque. 3. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and mobile signal inside the hotel was also weak. 4. The shower area had no shelf or storage space for personal toiletries, and the floor was extremely slippery. I almost slipped several times while showering. This is something the hotel should address, as it could become a safety hazard. 5. The power outlet next to the bed was already occupied by the bedside lamp, so I had to unplug it every time I wanted to charge my phone. 6. Although there were plenty of power outlets in the room, about half of them didn’t work, which was frustrating. 7. I wasn’t a fan of the pillow and bed linens. While the bed itself was comfortable, the bedsheets felt rough rather than soft. I even noticed that the underside of my arms became itchy whenever they rubbed against the fabric. 8. The hotel was very quiet during my stay. It seems many people still don’t know it has reopened, and I haven’t seen much promotion or any soft opening offers on its website and Instagram account. Overall: I enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. However, the TV and Wi-Fi were major drawbacks, and there are still several details that don’t quite meet the standard of a true five-star hotel. At the moment, I would personally rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than a full 5-star property. It has great potential, and with improvements to the TVs, internet, room details, and overall quality control, I believe it could truly live up to its five-star positioning.

メルキュール ホテルは、どこに行くにも便利な場所にあります。部屋はおしゃれで清潔です。とても気に入りました。次回もまた泊まりたいと思います。

ここは本当に素敵なホテルです。ヴィンテージものが大好きな私にとって、このホテルは本当に素晴らしいです。歴史ある建物の外観からヴィンテージスタイルの部屋まで、すべてが90年代から2000年代初頭に私を連れ戻してくれました。まさにノスタルジア🥺。小さい頃、祖父母に旅行に連れて行ってもらい、ホテルに泊まらせてもらったので、こういうホテルは私にとって特別な場所です。 残念ながら、かなり予算を削減しているように見えました。週末なのに朝食付きで25万ルピア以下という非常に安い料金を提示していたにもかかわらず？タオルはもう白くなく、薄く感じました（他のホテルのタオルとは違います）。シーツは固い部分があり、シャワーキャップもありませんでした。でも、レモングラスの石鹸とシャンプーは気に入りました。ディスペンサー式だったので、プラスチックゴミが減りました。 朝食は本当に残念でした。2年ほど前にここに泊まった時は良かったのですが、今回はさらにひどかったです。選択肢もあまりなく、空っぽに見えました。本当にあまり力を入れていないように感じました。あの値段で何を期待するのでしょうか？それに、予算がかなり厳しいのも理解できます。 「ミニ動物園」という看板が目に入りました。スタッフから「まだ動物は少ない」と注意されましたが、見に行くことにしました。駐車場脇（屋外ですが）にあり、魚と大きな鳥類（鶏に似ていますが、違う種類で、何だったのか分かりません）がいました。それから、2つの別々の檻に入れられたインコが数羽いましたが、全部死んでいました😭😭 スタッフに伝えると、すぐに死んだ鳥を撤去してくれました。アイデアは良いのですが、実行が悪かったです。 とにかく、立地は最高でした。通りを数メートル渡ったところにバス停があり、スロボヨバスに乗ってどこへでも行くことができます。ホテル自体は、人気の観光地（スラバヤ旧市街）のメインストリートに位置し、歴史的建造物が立ち並ぶ複合施設やチャイナタウンも近くにあります。 この不況を乗り越えられることを心から願っています。このホテルが本当に気に入りました🥺。

イビス スラバヤ ホテルに泊まって、とても満足しました。立地はとても良く、トゥンジュンガン プラザ スラバヤに近く、イビス ホテルの裏手には地元料理の店が徒歩圏内にあります。設備は十分ですが、2 人で泊まる場合でもシングル ユニットです。残念ながら、駐車場からエレベーターがないので、車から荷物をたくさん運ぶのはかなり大変です。提供される食事はおいしくて種類も豊富で、サービスも良く、ユニークなのは、小学生向けの遊び場があることです。

広告と一致しない価格270.000部屋は小さく、広告は一致しません。ベッドは枯れています。 刑務所に朝食がないかのように、私たちは裏部屋に割り当てられました。広告には朝食がありますが

Seperti nya hotel lama bisa di lihat dari kasur yg saya tempati. Waktu mau mandi mereka lupa kasih handuk .harus di minta dulu .anak saya mesti turun ke resepsionis untuk minta handuk. Air minum cuma di kasih untuk minum bersama di luar kamar. Di kamar mandi nya ada semut hitam ke luar banyak di wastafel. Banyak nyamuk di kamarnya harus minta baygon untuk semprot nyamuk. Harus diperhatikan oleh pihak hotel supaya tamunya nyaman menginap di sana....kami pesan dua kamar ..
