スタッフの質は申し分なく、申し分ありません。ホテルの入り口では、車両を管理する警備員、エントランスでのゲストのセキュリティ強化、そしてカマル、ダニエル、ラヴィ、ハリシュといったコンシェルジュ陣が、特に素晴らしい対応をしてくれました。彼らは、その理由を熟知しています。レセプションのロケシュ、クリシュナ、シャラト、そして当直マネージャーのシダルタは、お客様の話をよく聞いてくれました。朝食は種類豊富で、アラカルトメニューも用意されていました。この度のご滞在に感謝し、また必ず利用させていただきます。

Where do I begin? Travelling with a toddler is no easy task, and the team at Taj Connemara made it worthwhile, smooth, and exciting. It all began with Ms Jasmine who religiously followed up with all our requests and requirements for childproofing the Heritage Room we stayed. From additional mineral water bottles, bumpers on furniture, soft toys for bath, and an excellent baby cot, Ms Jasmine coordinated with her ground team and got everything ready before we checked in. The icing on the cake was the remarkable welcome gift for our daughter consisting of excellent baby skincare products from an established brand.  The stay itself was fantastic with a cosy room, abundance of toiletries, and exceptional breakfast. Shoutout to Mr Baskaran for attending to all our breakfast requests for our daughter. The baby dosa was a hit!  Located in a prime spot in Chennai next to Spencer Plaza and the newer EA Mall, Taj Connemara is strategic. Travel to major shopping centres and traditional clothing stores was made easy.  Last but not least, the hospitality and polite service offered by the staff of Taj Connemara was nothing short of amazing. ホテルは実際、時代遅れになりつつあり、内装は色褪せ、硬い素材は剥がれ落ち、退屈な雰囲気です。窓に糞をする鳥や不快な景観をなくす対策を講じるべきです。外観は明らかに建物全体にひび割れが見られます。フロントのファイアズはチェックイン時に、お客様を迎える際にどう笑顔で対応すればいいのか分かりません。ラグジュアリーコレクションホテルだとおっしゃっていますが、改善の余地があります。さもないと競合他社に取って代わられてしまいます。

3 泊しましたが、快適に過ごせました。部屋は広くてとても清潔でした。朝食は最高で、注文に応じて調理するライブ クッキング ステーションがあり、誰でも楽しめるバラエティ豊かなメニューがありました。3 日目の夜は雨が降っていなかったので、テラスでドリンクを飲みに行きました。ライブ バンドの演奏もありました。Netflix を観ながら部屋でゆっくりしたいなら、お勧めの宿泊先です。

Very nice hotel, personnel is friendly and caring. Breakfast is not so ample but ok.

My stay began on a disappointing note. I arrived at the lobby on a Sunday afternoon and waited nearly 40 minutes before anyone attended to me. Although I was clearly in line, a couple of other guests approached the desk and were assisted before me. I expected the concierge or front-desk staff to notice the situation and assist guests in the order they arrived, but unfortunately, that did not happen. Once I was finally checked in, I was assigned a room on the fourth floor. The room itself was acceptable. I generally do not have particularly high expectations regarding hotel-room ambience, as I find that it often does not vary significantly across hotels, regardless of their star rating. What I found especially unreasonable was the hotel’s pricing. Items available in the room, such as a Snickers bar priced at ₹155 and a packet of Lay’s priced at ₹55, ***** with peanuts and carbonated drinks, were listed at several times their normal retail prices. The markup was so excessive that it made me wonder whether the hotel actually wanted guests to consume these items or was simply trying to impose an unnecessary and inflated expense. The same applied to transportation. The hotel quoted ₹1,800 plus taxes for a sedan to the airport. I booked an Uber for the exact same journey for ₹699. Charging well over twice the market price—and then adding taxes on top of it—is frankly absurd. Hotel convenience may reasonably come at a premium, but this felt less like a premium service and more like an attempt to take advantage of guests. The complimentary breakfast, however, offered a wide variety of options and was probably the most redeeming part of the stay.

部屋は完全に失望しています。 3-June-2026で2066号室にチェックインし(確信が持てません)、1004に変更し、5日目の夜にドアが適切に閉じられないため、ビープ音のために1020に再び変更します。同僚のRasal PMとMuhamed Ali(2064年から2020年まで)はお湯とがっかりする部屋しかありません。

Good and clean rooms. Nice place to stay for a vacation. Good preparation needs to improve. Courteous staff and good service.

チェンナイでの滞在は素晴らしかったです。立地も良く、スタッフは親切でフレンドリー、近くにはショッピングモールや娯楽施設がたくさんあり、全体的に手頃な料金でとても良いホテルでした。

一時的な古いホテル、良い価格、良いサービス、あまり詳細である必要はなく、基本的に中国の500以上のホテルのレベルを作りました。
