ゲゲストExcellent stay and very good premises. Bread served during breakfast was not fresh. So avoided lunch and dinner at ataraxia since we were unsure of the food quality since there were no other guests during our stay. Barring this, the stay was excellent, staff was courteous.

PPekoolFrom the moment we arrived, it felt like a warm hug. The staff were fabulous. So attentive. Extra huge shout out to the Salon crew for the world's best (in my opinion ) pillows head massage.
Food was ok. I have a bariatric diet so was unable to partake of much.

JJustin.C飯店不錯，大約有4星水準，早餐不錯，也有游泳池／健身房（不大）；
這次雖然訂單有早餐，但飯店方表示沒有，但客服很快處理，順利解決

ゲゲストOne of the worst Hyatt regency I have stayed.
The slow house keeping and inconsistent dining service is bad.
Usually took 30-45 mins for bottled water to be delivered or after clean up, they don't put back bottled water until you asked, or the AC may not work or they will take away your bathrobes. All of that were part of the poor house keeping , certainly not up to Hyatt standard.
Dining service is also not international and clean enough, I had stomachache after having their salad.
Will not stay here again.

ゲゲストThere are no words to describe our stay here. This place is beyond beautiful. Nestled in the foothills of dehradun, this hotel has spacious rooms that are clean and neat and artistically done. The food is awesome. The service is great. The ambience is peaceful. It is a must visit.
