Everything about this property is amazing
Food is good
Service is top notch
Location is excellent
The only thing which I don't understand is at the time of checking in the room they don't tell exactly how many bath towels or face towels are placed in room before or any such amenities but after checking out they will just check the room and tell you very politely that 1 or 2 face towels are missing and you have to pay for it.
My only question to the owner or management team is that how can you or your staff can accuse the guests without even letting us know how many were there before.
We also trust your hotel staff with our luggage while checking in but we don't accuse you for such things.
If the management has made this rule to check the room at the time of checking out then please make sure that guests knows exactly what all amenities are provided by you and the quantity also at the time of checking in.
And if the management has not made any such rule then please take care of these small things as these kind of bad experiences ruins all the good ones.
Hopefully nobody else has to go through this in future.
And yes everyone should do visit this amazing property at least once of they are seeking for relaxing holiday

MMimiRGExceptionally comfortable stay at the Fateh Garh resort . The location is 35 mins from the airport. Smooth checkin and the amenities were explained very well by Mriganka who has the calmest demeanour. The rooms are large and spacious and very aesthetically pleasing. Loved the brand of toiletries provided. The staff was always polite and attentive. Any request we had was handled so graciously by Veena. Nothing was an issues and they accommodated all our requests. We did the day tour with Piyush who made our entire day very pleasant. The spa service by Rose was divine after a long day of travel. We had most of our meals at the property and the indian cuisine was delicious. The breakfast spread had adequate options. The pool was impeccably maintained. We even tried the cocktails at the bar and they were well made too. Our experience was enhanced by the smiling faces of the staff throughout our stay. The property was clean, luxurious and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you team Fatehgarh.

湖のほとりのさまざまな角度から水中の宮殿を見ると、特に日の出と日没の美しい光の中で、人々は好奇心をそそられます。それで次の夜、私は湖の近くの特別なドックから湖の宮殿に乗り込みました。ピチョラー湖にはヨットがありますが、日中のみ営業しています。特にシティパレスやレイクパレスの水面に映る光を眺めながら、夜にボートに乗るのは珍しい機会です。その瞬間は本当に美しく、湖の真ん中にあるホテルにボートで座っているのはさらに特別な体験です。
着陸からホテルロビーへの入場まで、案内、歓迎のスピーチ、荷物の受け取り、辰砂の注文、ハンドタオル、ウェルカムドリンクなどを行うスタッフが数名います。分業は明確です。これらは、このタイプのホテルの標準的な手順です。ウェルカムペタルが2階のテラスから散りばめられました。暗闇の中で誰も見えず、空から落ちてくるような感覚がありました。チェックイン後、サリーの姉が私を部屋に連れて行ってくれました。ホテルは広く、私の部屋は反対側にあります。私は彼女の歩き方を観察するために途中で彼女を追いかけました。サリーを歩いているインドの女性は本当に揺れていると言わざるを得ません。
宮殿としての特別なロケーションと歴史に加えて、このホテルの有名さの理由の1つは、1983年の映画007シリーズの「タコ」のシーンとして大画面に登場した可能性があります。ただ、この映画の印象はあまりなく、ロビーから部屋までの様子が少しがっかりしました。思ったほど壮大ではなく、古さの痕跡があります。ホテルは私のために部屋のタイプを無料でアップグレードしました。レイクビュールームからの眺めはとても良かったです。
翌朝早く起きてカーテンを開けると、外の湖はもう明かりが灯っていた。ホテルから見上げると、少し涼しい空気がとても新鮮で、朝の光の中の街や湖は静かで夢のようで、人々はさわやかです。朝の景色を見た後、歩き回った。大きなホテルで早起きする二人目のゲストはいないので、ある種の特別な喜びを感じます。真っ白なホテルは高貴で優雅に見え、庭は絶妙ですが、それでもすべての旅行ガイドで過度に賞賛されていると思います。
チェックアウトする前にホテルで昼食をとり、幸運にも最高の場所を選びました。パビリオンの外を見ると、反対側のシティパレスは太陽の下で金メッキされているように見えます。ハトはきらめく水の上を滑空し、時々ゲストを運ぶディンギーは湖を往復します。おそらく数百年前、王子たちはここにいて、彼らが作った美しい街を満足して見ました。

ゲゲストBeautiful hotel. However we asked the guy in dinning to check if our room have dinner. He said yes and asked us to come 7:30pm for dinner. While we were eating other staff asked the guy what is their room number. We overhead that the guy (can’t remember his name) said let them eat since they have already started. He ignored us because he knew that he gave us wrong information. We appreciated for nice dinner and left but one of staff ran (Meena)to us at pool area and asked as to sign the invoice. We asked why when the guy said we can eat after checking our room number. She said it’s for our record. However when I checked out staff member Ohi asked us to pay 3098 Inr. We were getting late as our transport was waiting. We didn’t fuss about it and paid it because we are not clear on our checkout.
I just want the hotel to refund this cost because it’s not our mistake.

ゲゲストPricy option, but amazing. We booked one of the more expensive rooms, and it was fantastic. Helpful reception, delicious breakfast included (they were redecorating the breakfast hall, so we got it in our room). Everything worked, and the room was as advertised in the pictures. The regular restaurant (different from where they normally serve breakfast) is not only beautiful, but the food is delicious and the service great. Location is right on the edge of the old town, not too far from the main attractions. Highly recommended albeit a little pricey for Indian standards

AAkB9家族との素晴らしい滞在。少し荒くて長いチェックイン、夜遅くまでホールやバルコニーの向こうで叫ぶ人がいる騒しい廊下。上記のことを否定すると、私たちは素晴らしい滞在をしました。非常に丁寧で親切なスタッフとチーム、素晴らしいハウスキーピング、素晴らしい朝食。間違いなくお勧めし、再び訪問します。

ゲゲストWe really enjoyed our stay at Zana Lake Resort. The views of Udai Sagar Lake from the room were simply breathtaking. we honestly couldn’t take our eyes off it. The whole property has a very peaceful vibe, beautifully designed and well-maintained.
The restaurant is fully vegetarian. We opted for à la carte and tried Paneer Tikka Masala for lunch and Gutta Curry for dinner — both were average. Breakfast, however, was much better with good options.
The swimming pool is very clean and well-kept, and just like the rooms, it offers stunning views of the lake. Their garden is also very pretty and nicely maintained.
Rooms are spacious, clean, and come with almost all amenities. A hair dryer is available on request. Overall, it’s a beautiful place to relax and soak in the lake views.

KKetan GhiaPositives- A clean hotel with great service. From front desk to restaurant staff are great. Rooms are clean comfortable and provides all amenities. Food is good and has very good breakfast buffet with staff always at your service. Nightly singing program and morning puppet show is very good. We rented car for sightseeing and it was a great time. Also they accommodated two cars for airport.
Needs improvement: Parking lot to entrance you need trolly and they are slow and not so friendly. Game room Pool/snooker table is run down and can use better sticks and chalk. It has carom board and foos table. Fun area that can use tlc. Swimming pool is not heated but big and clean. Location is little out of way with construction before the property.
Overall a 4 star...
