ゲゲストLet me start by saying all the staff where very pleasant and helpfull I was expecting little attention to detail
When we arrived there was no help out of the car with luggage help came later with the luggage to the room
The room was very nice but the wi.fi was not working
There was no safety deposit box in the room
The sheets had to be changed
Our friends room was no bed side cabinet and chair
All these items got sorted but for a 4 star resort there shouldn’t be these problems in the first place
One item which didn’t get sorted there was no mini bar in the room but it was on there discription

ゲゲストExcellent ambience and the staff. Rooms were well maintained and clean.. Rooms service was best. Breakfast was very good, and liked the food. I will definitely book room at Tea Tree Suites when I visit Udupi next.

ゲゲストIf you are looking for a clean and well maintained place to stay in Udupi, I recommend this place. Budget friendly place close to the centre of the city. Breakfast is on the house and may not be a great spread but can vouch it to be hygienic. Lunch and dinner has to be ordered via a restaurant which is tied up with them and isn’t available in house , but service is very fast. There are enough eateries in a walkable distance so no worries there. If you are going to be out the whole day and come back only to sleep and relax then don’t think of anything further. Krishna temple is about 15 mins drive from here and Malpe beach about 30 mins . Also have stayed here almost thrice so the review is not just because of a one time experience rather post observing service consistency.

ゲゲストLocation of this place is fantastic. Walkable distance to temples. Market and any general stores or pharmacy or restaurants are all very nearby. Besides, their Family restaurant on second floor called Pisces is also very good. Staff behavior and hospitality was also very good. They are undergoing some renovation and in a couple of months it may look even better.
