房東先生很nice，因為是公寓，和酒店的入住方式有點不同，所以房東在我們入住前詳細地講解了每一個細節及注意事項，方便我們絲滑入住。 地理位置：離機場不遠，打車10分鐘左右 房間情況：很寬敞，還有廚房，洗衣機，飲水機等設施，性價比很高！

這家酒店的整體體驗讓我非常滿意！首先，最方便的一點就是酒店提供機場接送服務。司機很準時、態度也很好，從機場到酒店的過程非常順利，完全不需要擔心交通或迷路的問題。對於第一次來這個城市的旅客來説，這項服務真的很貼心。 酒店的衞生狀況也相當不錯，無論是大堂、電梯還是房間內部，都打掃得很乾凈，空氣也清新，沒有異味。房間的床鋪柔軟舒適，浴室乾淨整潔，毛巾和用品都準備得很齊全，讓人住得很安心。每天的清潔服務也很到位，工作人員都會主動打掃、補齊日用品。 地理位置方面也非常棒，酒店位於一個很方便的區域，附近有許多餐廳、咖啡館和便利店，走幾步路就能買到吃的或日用品。無論是想吃當地特色小吃，還是簡單解決一餐，都非常容易。除此之外，酒店離商場和公共交通也不遠，出門打車或搭公交都很方便。

I stayed here during a business trip in Penang and it was a great choice. The location is very convenient—only about 10 minutes from the airport, which made arrival and departure really easy. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, especially the large living room which was perfect for relaxing after work. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything I needed, making the stay feel very much like home. The bed deserves a special mention—it’s honestly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. I really loved the place overall. The only small improvement I would suggest is adding a bedside or table lamp in the bedroom, as the lighting there could be a bit more cozy and practical. Would definitely stay here again.

I really like this so much! The concept is modern and relaxed. Can enjoy the movie like at Cinema but its limited because can not connect to the Neftlix. So while bored can enjoy to play pingpong upstairs beside the bedroom.

After our meal, we spent a relaxing afternoon by the swimming pool, which was clean and well-maintained, providing a great escape from the Penang heat. The location is also unbeatable for sightseeing. It is located very near to the Aquarium Tunku Abdul Rahman (Fisheries Department Research Institute), which made our morning outing so convenient. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with excellent local flavors and easy access to nearby attractions!”
