The host is friendly, responsive and understanding. However, the stay is a very forgettable one. This review is solely based on the overall experience staying at this apartment. It is to create awareness for others in case they have kids and would like to stay here as it has 2 Queen bed accommodation. For context, it is a condominium with dual keys unit, meaning it has one main entrance followed by 2 separate doors for each unit. I do not want anyone to been through what we did. We check-in late around 5pm, the kids are excited when they entered the room happily and shouting. Out of a sudden, we heard a guy shouting from the other unit, we opened the door and he shouted at us angrily. He said he is staying here and he is sleeping, do not make any noise. We obliged and tried to keep our volume down. We went out after and back to the stay around 10pm. My kids suddenly cried and he shouted “Hello!”and slammed the door loudly. We will all stunned and speechless. The kids are only 3 and 8 fyi, and I have to tell them to be quiet for the whole time while staying here. What’s the joy of staying here for? To be honest, it is late at night at level 39 and with an unknown mental unwell guy just beside us really makes our stay a very stressful and threatening one. We slept for the night as it is late and the kids are tired. We left the stay asap the next morning.

最近、ジョホールバルのルネッサンス ホテルに宿泊しましたが、全体的に快適な滞在でした。部屋はかなり広く、快適でリラックスできる環境でした。ホテル自体は比較的交通量の少ないエリアに位置しており、人気の観光スポットからは少し離れていますが、これは嬉しい特典です。ただし、近くにイオン ショッピング モールがあり、ショッピングや食事に便利です。 ハラール レストランについては、すぐ近くにはあまり見つかりませんでしたが、ホテルから徒歩 2 分のところに Woodfire というレストランがあり、おいしい料理を提供しています。ホテルのサービスも一流で、スタッフは丁寧でプロフェッショナルでした。 主要な観光スポットの近くに滞在したい人には理想的な場所ではないかもしれませんが、静かな環境と近くの便利な施設の利便性を考えると、間違いなくお勧めです。また訪れてもいいと思います。

We booked a Premium King Room for one night. The room was clean and came with basic amenities such as disposable slippers, toiletries, TV, small desk for work, dining / coffee table for two, safety box and mini fridge. There’s also plenty of parking space just outside the hotel, and a nice western food store within walking distance. Check-in was at 3 PM and check-out at 12 PM. The front desk operates 24/7, and the staff were friendly and able to speak both Malay and English, which made communication easy. There’s also cctv installed along the walkway outside the room. However, there was no hair dryer provided in the room. The biggest downside was the room location. We were given the last room facing the main road , and it was extremely noisy. We could clearly hear cars and motorcycles passing by throughout the night. I only managed to fall asleep around 4–5 AM due to the constant noise. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable, but the road noise seriously affected our rest. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend requesting a room away from the roadside.

This is my first time at Johor Baharu Masai area. I had booked this hotel for 1+1 day. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. Rooms is clean and also with the washroom. Internet speed was fast and stable you can browse over Singapore channel as well thru the smart tv. For the price i booked under RM90, they still providing complimentary breakfast. They do seved fried noodles, fried rice, sausages some bread and coffee and juices. Location of the hotel was also very strategic, local banks, fast food chain and local coffee shop are just around the corner. I have a pleasant stay at this hotel and definately will return if i came down to Johor. By the way they also provide complimentary carpark space just infront of the hotel. Good Job for the hotel and staff.

Great stay! ✨ The hotel was clean, peaceful, and beautifully maintained. Loved the gym facilities, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Everything exceeded expectations—would definitely stay here again! 😊

Overall, my 3-night stay was pleasant. I especially enjoyed the family suite—the king-size bed and pillows were very comfortable. However, I expected a basic standard, which is why I couldn’t give a full rating. Cleanliness: There were a few issues that needed attention. I encountered a small lizard, a baby cockroach (which I had to handle), and a spider. The bedsheets and rug had visible stains—while these may be hard to remove, it's not acceptable even for a 3-star hotel. Additionally, a used, damp (but dried) toilet paper roll was left alongside a new one, which should not happen. I’m not particularly fussy, but others might have rated this much lower. The toilet seat was loose and misaligned. The towel hanger was loose as well, so we were careful not to hang all our towels there. The basin tap was also loose. Service: Requests for a writing chair and a hairdryer took quite a while and were only resolved after I spoke to a housekeeper the next morning. Although the room accommodates four guests, we were a group of three and only received two cups, so we had to take turns. There are also only two non-standard, unprofessional hangers provided. They should supply four. I did not use the shampoo or shower gel, so I cannot comment on those. Maybe a brief note should check on our day since we are staying for three nights. This is a suggestion to improve. Location & Amenities: There is a laundry shop conveniently located directly across from the hotel. Parking is available on site, though you may need to park behind the building. It would be helpful to have a designated drop-off slope at the front of the hotel. Food: The café serves a good chicken nasi lemak. The curry gravy is rich and flavorful, though it would be better if there were more side dishes to complement the rice. The overall experience helped offset the shortcomings. Value for Money: 3/5 Until another review for the shortcomings are rectified, I will consider other accommodation

We enjoyed our stay here so much that we even extended it. The room, towels, and sheets were spotlessly clean, and everything was well-equipped. The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The location is perfect, with plenty of food, shops, pharmacies, and restaurants within walking distance. Highly recommended to everyone.

This hotel room was spacious. Convenient parking in front of this hotel. Check in process was fast. Has lift. Bathroom cleanliness can be improved. Friendly staff. Will rebook for my next stay.
