ゲゲスト一歩先を行くホテル/モーテル。追加サービスも充実。
キング スパ ルームに宿泊しました。ベッドと枕はとても快適。上質なリネン。
部屋には本物のコーヒーとコーヒー プレスがあります。テレビを見るためのリクライニング チェアがあります。夜は静かです。ダウンタウンの中心地からは外れていますが、車ですぐです。ホストは親切です。このモーテルをぜひお勧めします。

ゲゲストThe accommodation was modern, immaculately clean, and provided a high level of comfort. The cleaning staff excelled, delivering service that surpassed expectations. Overall, the experience was positive. However, it would have been beneficial to be informed in advance that the check-in office is located offsite, requiring approximately a 4 minute drive from the main premises. This information would have streamlined the arrival process.

ゲゲストThe hotel is about 2.5km from the Hamilton train station. We took a taxi from the train station, and the driver charged us NZD25. My booking confirmation said that the check out time was 11:00, but the hotel insisted it should be 10:00 which is fine. The booking confirmation clearly say that breakfast was free, but the hotel tried to charge 13 pp. Hamilton is a nice place which is close to Waitomo and Hobbiton.

ホテルには無料および有料の駐車スペースがあります。 1日15ドル。クイーンズタウンのラマダ地下駐車場よりずっといいです。駐車スペースの確保に役立てていただくため、駐車スペースには事前にお客様のお名前を記載させていただきます。
欠点は、廊下が息苦しいことです。

ゲゲストWhen l arrived at the Motel l found out that when l was doing the booking l should have taken note that there is no reception on site.When l rang the purported site the call was not a friendly one.I took an uber to collect the keys .And soon as l opened the door to my room which was room 9 l was discombobulated.It appeared no house keeping had been done prior to my moving in.The bins were all full of rubbish.The bedding had not been changed .Two McDonald’s empty drinks by the sink area.Two cups and a spoon in the sink see photos.I was then moved to room 7 which appeared to be clean but that inconvenience made me enraged😡

ゲゲストFacilities are all good and decent. Management staff were helpful with checkin process which is complex.
Motel itself doesnt have its own reception but checkin is at different motel which is 2-3 minutes away. The only disappointment we had in our stay was the cleaners turned up well before 10 am, knocked on door and straight away entered into room while we were in there to question when are we leaving. Very disappointed with this approach of cleaning staff and they should not walk into room at all without consent. Management needs to set some expectations with cleaners. Apart from that all good.

KKarl R部屋は広々としていて、ニュージーランドで泊まった中で一番大きかったのですが、家具が少なかったので、空間をもっと有効活用できたはずなのに、無駄になっていました。例えば、座る椅子がありませんでした。椅子が2脚とサイドテーブルがあれば、かなり印象が変わるでしょう。歴史あるホテルですが、まさに「色褪せた壮麗さ」といった感じです。でも、予約した時点で最新式ではないことは承知していたので、歴史的な雰囲気を求めていたので問題ありませんでした。エリザベス女王が（1953年に）泊まったのと同じホテルに泊まる機会はそうそうありません。ベッドは快適で、シャワーはお湯も出て（バスルームも広かったです）、スタッフも親切でした。街の中心部という立地も最高です。
