エアコン：エアコンの騒音は一切なく、これは素晴らしいです（騒音に敏感な方には絶対に重要です）。部屋の設備も問題なく機能しています。 部屋：部屋は明るく、清潔で、居心地が良く、アットホームな雰囲気です。シングルのベッドはとても広々としていて、2人でも寝られます！唯一の欠点は、部屋の防音性がそれほど高くないことです。そのため、朝、スタッフが話したり掃除したりする声や、隣の部屋で誰かが大声で話している声が聞こえることがあります。しかし、スタッフに伝えたところ、騒音を抑えるように対応してくれたので、感謝しています。 シャワールームにはドアがないため、水が少し流れ出ることがありますが、その水は結局トイレ内で排水されます（私の言っている意味が分かれば）。 IHコンロ付きの小さなキッチンがあり、フライパンや調理器具、電子レンジまであるのが嬉しい驚きでした！ホテルのオーナーは寛大ですね👍 しかし、使用済みの食器をシンクに残しておいた後、スタッフが空の食器を洗ってくれなかったことに気づきました。ルームサービスでやってくれるものだと思っていたので、お願いする必要がありました。 ロケーション：空港にとても近いです。聖週間の平日の午後にグラブで空港に行きましたが、ドライバーが高速道路を使ったので5分で到着しました。 周辺施設：アヤラモールまで徒歩わずか5分で、とても便利です。フードコートやレストランがあり、スーパーマーケットも2軒あります。 水：無料のボトル入り飲料水が無制限に提供されるのは、料金と適切なサービスを考えると非常に価値があります。 サービス：WhatsAppシステムを使ってスタッフと連絡を取ることができ、迅速に対応してくれるので素晴らしいです。 眺望：リラックスできてリゾート気分を味わえるので、プールビューのバルコニーをリクエストするのを忘れないでください :) 通りの向かいには、西洋風のカフェとペストリーのテイクアウト店、深夜まで営業している飲食店がいくつか、コンビニエンスストア、ガソリンスタンドがあります。 滞在を楽しんでください。この情報がお役に立てれば幸いです！

もう何度も宿泊させてもらっていますがスタッフの対応もよく一階にレストランもありCODにも歩いていけるのでとてもいいホテルだと思います！

以前、レビューで他の宿泊客がシーツを汚してデポジットを差し引かれたというのを見て、予約するかどうか迷っていました。残念ながら、私も同じような目に遭いました。どこから来たのか分からない写真を見せられ、500ペソを差し引かれました。問題があるなら、その場で宿泊客と一緒に部屋に行って確認すべきであって、一方的な言い分だけで勝手に差し引くべきではないと思います。コンビニが階下にあり、オカダにも近いので生活には便利ですが、この件に関しては、予約する前に本当によく考えるべきです。

場所は素晴らしく、清潔で、とても快適に滞在できました。スタッフはとても親切です 無料の水があり、階下にセブンイレブンがあります。モール オブ アジア、シュライン オブ パーペチュアル ヘルプの近くで、空港のすぐ近くです。 とても満足しています。皆さん、ありがとうございました 強くお勧めします

私は海外旅行によく行きますが、こちらの立地は良いと思いました。プールとジムも充実していました。しかし、清潔感に欠ける点が唯一の難点でした。チェックインはスムーズとは言えず、プールや部屋へのエレベーターのアクセスも分かりにくかったです。ただ、市内観光や家族での短期滞在（ステイケーション）目的であれば、選択肢の一つとして良いかもしれません。

Before booking, I informed the host that I would be traveling with a baby who has sensitive skin and requested fresh beddings and a properly cleaned unit. I believe this was a reasonable request for a paying guest. Our stay was disappointing. The unit is quite small for a family of four, especially with the extra bed, which leaves very little space to move around. Upon arrival, we immediately found several cockroaches, and they continued to appear even after a deep cleaning. My daughter became so uncomfortable that she couldn't sleep well and chose to stay at our relatives' house for the rest of our vacation. We were also worried about our baby's safety. The cleanliness of the unit was below expectations. The shower head and faucet had visible dirt and mold, the mop provided was dirty, there were no extra trash bags, and it seemed the bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. We stayed for 8 days, but room cleaning, towel replacement, and changing the beddings were only offered after we raised these concerns. The booking was for four guests, but only two towels were initially provided. On the positive side, the customer service team took our concerns seriously and arranged a deep cleaning, replaced the towels, and the property staff responded after customer support followed up. We also appreciated the complimentary toiletries. Overall, I appreciate their efforts to address the issues, but I believe the unit needs proper pest control and a much more thorough deep cleaning. This review is based on our experience and is intended to help improve the stay for future guests. The photos I uploaded are only a few of what we experienced. Some of the other issues were too unpleasant to photograph, but everything I mentioned in this review is based on our actual stay.

This place is very beautiful. Facing Manila bay with stunning Sunset. The Balcony Facing Okada casino and there is garden view. The swimming pool Direct Facing manila bay. When it's Sunset time. Its all Red in the sky. Its a resort Type. There are many restaurants and Bars in okada casino. Which is 2mins Walk from the place. I really enjoy staying here and will definitely come back again. The host is very responsive Too

残念ながら、予約後に利用できないと通知されたため、ここに滞在できませんでした。同じホストによって遠くない別の場所にある別の宿泊施設にリダイレクトされましたが、これは真夜中に起こり、旅行に疲れていたのでノーとは言えませんでした。私が泊まった場所はこの予約から提供されたものと同じではありませんでしたが、ホストは私を可能な限り最善を尽くし、翌日私の部屋をアップグレードし、フライトが午後11時だったので非常に遅くチェックアウトできるようにしました。最初はうまくいきませんでしたが、結局はうまくいきませんでした。写真はアップグレードされた部屋からのものです。

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
