立地は最高です。マニラ空港第1ターミナルからタクシーで10分以内と非常に近く、空港近くでゆっくり過ごすのに最適です。SMモールもすぐ近くです。アパートはセキュリティも万全で、正面玄関と階下に警備員が常駐しているので、一人旅でも安心して過ごせます。 冷蔵庫、洗濯機、ヘアドライヤーなど設備も充実しており、家族連れにも最適です。 コストパフォーマンスも抜群です。残念ながら今回は時間がなくて、階下のプールで泳ぐことができませんでした（笑）。次回も必ずここに泊まりたいです。 清潔さ：非常に清潔 設備：充実 環境：素晴らしく静か サービス：とても親切

We enjoyed our stay! It is a very comfy unit. My family loved it! First, thank you for the contact person for being very kind and accommodating though I booked very late. He assisted us all throughout and extended extra help to get us checked in when we arrived. The unit is very clean and cozy. They have cooking utensils. Ref is clean, I really loved this. The shower has hot water. And.... there is a computer/laptop desk 🫶 which is very helpful for me since I came there to work (brownout at home). 😅 Thank you! Very great experience overall and I look forward to book the same unit again.

2nd time booking. Room was great and spacious. The room I got had weak water supply. And there was no storage for my clothes but the staff were great and friendly. Rooftop was clearly an everyday trip to chill a little bit. You have a great view for plane to take off and land. But yet again, the place is not for light sleepers.

早めに到着したので、到着時に手厚く対応していただきました。食事は美味しく、値段も手頃でした。私たちは小さかったのでスタンダードルームを選びましたが、妻と息子は大柄で清潔でした。無料のボトルウォーターがあり、すでに開栓済みでした。Wi-Fi接続も良好でした。唯一の問題はエアコンで、扇風機のようにあまり冷えませんでした。しかし全体的には問題ありません。早朝便だったので、また利用したいと思います。無料のシャトルバスも運行しており、時間通りに運行しているので手間がかかりません。運転手さんも親切で、満足しています。また利用したいと思います。

Feedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience. I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed. The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations: • The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival. • The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property. • Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts. While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings.
