ゲゲスト場所は素晴らしく、清潔で、とても快適に滞在できました。スタッフはとても親切です
無料の水があり、階下にセブンイレブンがあります。モール オブ アジア、シュライン オブ パーペチュアル ヘルプの近くで、空港のすぐ近くです。

ゲゲスト私は海外旅行によく行きますが、こちらの立地は良いと思いました。プールとジムも充実していました。しかし、清潔感に欠ける点が唯一の難点でした。チェックインはスムーズとは言えず、プールや部屋へのエレベーターのアクセスも分かりにくかったです。ただ、市内観光や家族での短期滞在（ステイケーション）目的であれば、選択肢の一つとして良いかもしれません。

ゲゲストThe location is near to SM, TLC park. But if going to other places, need to take Grab, not easy to have Grab drivers take orders, and very serious traffic jam on the residence entrance main road.
Only wave swimming pool can be provided. Just pay attention to Gym and swimming pool are not provided to visitors only.

ゲゲストWe had a great stay at Cozy Stay at Azure. The unit was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent amenities, including fast WiFi, a PS5, smart TV, karaoke system, and even popcorn, which made the stay fun and relaxing.
The space was well-maintained and suitable for families or groups. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful. The location was convenient, and the overall environment felt safe and comfortable.
Overall, this is a great choice for a staycation or short getaway, offering both comfort and entertainment. Highly recommended.

ゲゲストホテルの環境は少し簡素ですが、フロントのスタッフは親切でした。エアコンは強力でしたが、音が少しうるさかったです。ホテルは空港に近く、近くに大きなショッピングモールがありますが、名前は忘れてしまいました。マニラ空港周辺の交通は混雑しており、街全体でも同様かどうかはわかりません。路上で金銭を物乞いする地元の人々に何度か遭遇したので、夜間の外出は避けることをお勧めします。

ゲゲストFeedback and Complaint Regarding Recent Hotel Stay
I would like to provide feedback and raise a concern regarding my recent booking experience.
I booked a stay for 15 guests at a specific hotel ( Lux Penhouse), and the booking went through successfully without any issues. However, just a few hours before our scheduled check-in, I was informed that we would be moved to a different hotel ( bayshore phase 2), with the reason being that the original hotel “could not accommodate 15 pax.” This was extremely disappointing, especially since the booking was clearly made for 15 people and was confirmed.
The replacement accommodation provided did not meet expectations:
• The utensils were incomplete, and basic amenities such as toothbrushes and towels were not ready upon our arrival.
• The swimming pool was closed for maintenance, which was not communicated in advance. This was one of the main reasons we chose the property.
• Overall, the place felt unprepared for a group of our size.
On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge that the few staff who assisted us and the lobby personnel were helpful and courteous, and we appreciate their efforts.
While we understand that unforeseen changes can occur, proper notice and preparation are expected, especially for confirmed group bookings. I hope this feedback helps improve your service and guest experience. I would also appreciate a response regarding this matter.

i would suggest the tv will have a higher divider or at wallmount to be place to more comfortable viewing
the place of the room is not facing at the swimming pool view☹️that was sad .. because we love to stay at beranda and just chillin seeing the ambiance..
the security is strict that you can have a safe stay..
