素晴らしい
ゲゲストスタッフの皆さんは最高で、あらゆる面でとても親切でした。施設自体も素晴らしく、ビーチや桟橋がすぐ近くにあるのも非常に魅力的でした。
ただ、プールのタイルには少し汚れやカビが目立つ箇所があり、改善されればさらに良いでしょう。また、それなりに値段の張る施設であるにもかかわらず、カヤックやSUP（スタンドアップパドルボード）などのアクティビティが1時間1000ペソと高額な上に、通常宿泊者には無料提供されることが多いのにレンタル料がかかるのは、少し疑問に感じました。マッサージの料金も相場の5倍ほどで、これは少し納得がいきませんでした。
プールビューの部屋であれば、プールサイドから直接ルームキーで入室できたらもっと便利なのに、とは思いました。建設当初からの構造なので仕方ないですね（笑）。
とは言え、前述の通りスタッフの方々は本当に親切で、どんなことにも快く対応してくれました。施設もとても素敵で居心地が良く、ビーチは非常に美しく、夜空もまた格別でした。
ちょっと贅沢な滞在をしたい方にはおすすめです :)

Aannaleah lacotoアストリア・パラワンに1泊だけでは到底足りません！短い滞在でしたが、素晴らしい時間を過ごせました。リゾートのすべてを存分に満喫するには、少なくとも5日間は必要だと心から思います。特に、楽しく、刺激的で、よく整備されたアストリア・ウォーターパークは素晴らしいです。リゾート全体の雰囲気は穏やかで美しく整えられており、リラックスした一日にも、冒険に満ちた一日にも最適です。
ビュッフェディナーは大変美味しく、種類も豊富で、味も抜群でした。ファイヤーダンスのパフォーマンスはまさに魅惑的で、夜に魔法のような雰囲気を添えてくれました。
しかし、朝食ビュッフェにはハラール対応のメニューが少なかったことに気づきました。チキンアドボ、*、魚しか食べられませんでした。スープやホットドッグを含むメインディッシュのほとんどに豚肉が含まれていたため、イスラム教徒やハラール対応を重視するゲストにとっては不安があるかもしれません。今後、よりインクルーシブな食事の選択肢が増えることを期待しています。
フロントデスクのプリンセス・ガフルさん、温かくプロフェッショナルなサービスをありがとうございました。ウォーターパークのアロンソさんも、ガイドや写真、ビデオ撮影など、期待以上の対応をしてくださり、温かく迎え入れていただきました。彼のフレンドリーな対応のおかげで、さらに思い出深い体験となりました！
マニラでの予定がなかったら、もっと長く滞在したかったのですが、次回は必ずそうします！私にとってパラワン島といえば、アストリアです。エルニドではなく、まさにアストリアです。パラワン島で泊まるなら、間違いなく最高の場所です！
また来るのが待ちきれません。

DDunnSallyThe stay was excellent, and will definitely return if we visit again & will recommend to everyone. The hotel was so relaxing & very tropical, which made you relax and completely switch off from everything. We stayed in a private Villa which was wonderful, & the room was a very good size with everything you would need and an amazing bathroom which made you feel like you were in the tropics. At the same time the main swimming pool was lovely with a great pool bar & the hotel's rooms around the side of the pool which also looked lovely. The only negative was breakfast this is an area that needs reviewing especially on the health & safety side On our first morning the plug socket was overloaded which caused the wires to set on fire quite badly. The staff were not great at dealing with the situation & eventually security came BUT threw a glass of water over the fire! Not sure that should be the case? The guest on the other table said this happened the day before as well? I think more electric sockets need to be added to not overload?? The buffet breakfast looked messy, and could be improved? The ordered food was great & dinner was also great.
The hotel is wonderful and I would come back.

ゲゲストSuper na-enjoy ko ang stay ko sa Hollywood Hotel Puerto Princesa! From check-in hanggang check-out, very accommodating and friendly ang staff. Ramdam ko talaga yung warm welcome at excellent customer service nila. 😊
Malinis at maayos ang room, very comfortable ang bed, and cozy pero classy ang ambiance ng hotel. Perfect for solo travelers like me who want peace and comfort.
Highlight din ng stay ko ang experience sa Sir KC’s Bar and Restaurant. Masarap ang food, generous ang servings, at maganda ang presentation. The drinks were also great, and relaxing ang vibe—perfect for unwinding after a long day. 🍽️🍹
Convenient din ang location since malapit sa airport and other key areas in Puerto Princesa.
Overall, sobrang worth it ang stay ko. I will definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel! 🌴✨

部屋は清潔で、アメニティもすべて揃っていました。最後の夜に泳ぎましたが、プールは私一人のものでした😍
スタッフは丁寧で、街の散策を手伝ってくれました。朝食を食べたダイニングエリアのスタッフも親切で助かりました。
ロケーションは、ショッピングモールの前（そこで個人的なものを買ったり、夕食をとったりしました）、スパの近く（サウナとマッサージを受けました）、セミナー会場から徒歩5〜10分です。空港にも近く、タクシーで5〜10分です。とても便利な場所でした。
全体的に、快適な滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

スタッフにも感謝します。スタッフは皆とても温かくフレンドリーです。とても親切で、旅行に関する質問にはすべて喜んで答えてくれました。
このホテルはリゾートの雰囲気があり、本当にリラックスできます。素晴らしいアメニティ、素敵なプール、ビリヤード台と快適なソファのあるリラックスできるメインレセプションホールがあります。ホテル内にレストランもあり、外食したくない方にも最適です。私たちの部屋はとても清潔で居心地がよく、値段の割には驚くほど広かったです。
今後プエルトプリンセサを訪れる際は、間違いなくまたこのホテルを予約します。間違いなく値段に見合う価値があります！ 🫶

ゲゲスト場所は非常に興味深いです。ホテル内には緑、植物、花がたくさんあります。周囲には木彫りの人形などもあり、散策するのがとても楽しかったです。小さくて浅いプール、プールバーがあります。そこのメニューから何でも注文でき、価格は平均的で、食べ物はおいしいです。ちなみに、安いビールは特別オファーで購入できます。ホテル自体は新しくはなく、少しくたびれていますが、清潔さは保たれていますが、どうやらすべてが追いついていないようです。部屋は広く、エアコン、テレビが備わっています。基本的には満足でしたので、お勧めします。

The pool was great, perfect for a swim or just chilling out in the sun. It's well-kept and a nice spot to relax.
We loved the on-site resto/cafe. I had an americano and it was on par. It was a great place to start the day with its super cozy and welcoming vibe.
For fun, they have a dart board and a Pinoy pool table. We had a blast playing both in the mornings with my family.
Overall, Microtel Puerto Princesa was an amazing experience with its great location, awesome amenities, and fun activities. Highly recommend it for a laid-back seaside getaway!

KKenDucsWe recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I must say it was one of the cleanest hotels I've experienced in Palawan. The location is incredibly convenient, making it easy to access local attractions. However, there was some noise from a nearby bar late at night. It wasn't too distracting for me, especially on the higher floors, so I recommend requesting one of those if you’re sensitive to sound.
The hotel itself is well-maintained, likely due to its recent renovations. The elevator, though small, was smooth and always clean, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The bathroom was a highlight—very clean and comfortable, although I did find the water heater a bit challenging to adjust.
Each room features a smart lock and a smart TV with Netflix and other apps, which is a nice touch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, even on the highest floor, allowing for seamless browsing.
One area for improvement would be the bedding. While the mattress and pillows were decent, a thicker comforter would enhance the sleeping experience, as the provided blanket was quite thin.
The staff were friendly and accommodating, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While this may not be a luxury hotel, it offers excellent cleanliness and customer service, making it a great choice for travelers. I would certainly consider staying here again!

BBhrandonLa habitación se ve que es muy antigua, los colchones son de espuma, los enchufes generan poca confianza, la verdad por lo poco que se paga se podría decir que está normal, no esperes mucho.
El baño es otro mundo, la taza del baño no tiene la base para sentarse, por lo que es muy poco higiénico a la hora de usarlo, o eso o orinar y hacer tus necesidades sin tocar la taza.
La ducha no tiene mucha presión, por lo que si vas a ducharte es mejor que uses la llave que está debajo de la ducha y llenes un balde y te bañes con el balde de agua.
La puerta del baño de las mujeres está rota por debajo, por lo que puede causar un poco de inseguridad, aunque la verdad no creo que a la gente le importe mucho.
