Our stay at this inn in Puerto Princesa truly exceeded my expectations. We arrived from a long trip, and even before we could get off the van, a staff member was already there to warmly welcome us and assist with our luggage. That small gesture immediately set the tone for the kind of service they provide—attentive, proactive, and genuinely caring. Since it was only a short stay, I didn’t expect much at first. But the level of hospitality we experienced was nothing short of exceptional. The staff were consistently courteous, accommodating, and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. It’s rare to come across a place where service feels this personal and effortless. They made us feel well taken care of from the moment we arrived until we left. I would definitely recommend this inn to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa, especially if you value warm and reliable service.

リサール通りの角にある、こぢんまりとした可愛らしいブティックホテルです。 部屋はとても小さいですが、素敵なバルコニーと小さなバスルームがあります。無料の浄水、コーヒー、紅茶が用意されており、部屋にはセーフティボックスもあります。朝食はアラカルトですが、前日に予約する必要があり、量もかなり少なめです。スタッフはフレンドリーで親切です。 空港近くの高速道路でバイクを1日500ペソでレンタルできます。島の北端までの移動も手配できます。ポートバートンまでの乗り合いバンは600ペソです。ミニバンは14人で乗り合います。プライベートバンは5000ペソです。つまり、かなり高額です。

2023 年 12 月 28 日に 1 泊しました。部屋は清潔で整頓されていて、ダブルベッド 2 台があり、朝食は美味しいです。残高の決済のためにお金をエルニドに振り替えるのを手伝ってくれた夜勤の男性スタッフ、ジョンネルオガリノラ氏に感謝しなければなりません。将来プエルトプリンセサを訪れるときは、間違いなく再びフェルサルホテルに滞在します。

素敵なホテルと絶好のロケーション。全体的に良い経験でしたが、部屋にはリフレッシュが必要で、部屋にはアリがいました。ソファ、カーテン、テーブルクロスは本当に良い掃除、またはさらに良い交換を必要としました。私たちにとっては重要ではありませんが、エレベーターは見えませんでした。私たちが非常に早朝に出発していたので、スタッフはとてもフレンドリーで親切でした。

空港から近いので便利。ツアーに参加するにも空港から2キロなので問題なく利用できる。 部屋自体は比較的きれいだと思うが、夜廊下に虫がたくさん死んでいた。 サービスも問題なく、朝食は3種類から選択でき、フロントに何時にこのメニューで、と伝えるとスムーズ。 アメニティは部屋に歯ブラシセットと申し訳ない程度のリンスインシャンプーが１つ。トイレットペーパーあり。タオルが大小2枚ずつ、大きめのボトルの水が一本おいてある。 冷蔵庫はないが、一階ロビーにウォーターサーバーがあるので割と便利。 朝ごはんも問題なく美味しかったので、一人旅にはちょうどよかった。

このホテルは最高です！立地的にも最高です。市内の商業施設や素晴らしいレストランにとても近く、車で平均 5 分です。空港にも近いです。周辺はとても静かで平和です。ですから、アクセスしやすく、それでいて静かな場所をお探しなら、このホテルはぴったりです。 スタッフにも感謝します。スタッフは皆とても温かくフレンドリーです。とても親切で、旅行に関する質問にはすべて喜んで答えてくれました。 このホテルはリゾートの雰囲気があり、本当にリラックスできます。素晴らしいアメニティ、素敵なプール、ビリヤード台と快適なソファのあるリラックスできるメインレセプションホールがあります。ホテル内にレストランもあり、外食したくない方にも最適です。私たちの部屋はとても清潔で居心地がよく、値段の割には驚くほど広かったです。 今後プエルトプリンセサを訪れる際は、間違いなくまたこのホテルを予約します。間違いなく値段に見合う価値があります！ 🫶

Hotel was awesome! It’s right by the sea, and our room had a fantastic ocean view. The pool was great, perfect for a swim or just chilling out in the sun. It's well-kept and a nice spot to relax. We loved the on-site resto/cafe. I had an americano and it was on par. It was a great place to start the day with its super cozy and welcoming vibe. For fun, they have a dart board and a Pinoy pool table. We had a blast playing both in the mornings with my family. Overall, Microtel Puerto Princesa was an amazing experience with its great location, awesome amenities, and fun activities. Highly recommend it for a laid-back seaside getaway!

場所は非常に興味深いです。ホテル内には緑、植物、花がたくさんあります。周囲には木彫りの人形などもあり、散策するのがとても楽しかったです。小さくて浅いプール、プールバーがあります。そこのメニューから何でも注文でき、価格は平均的で、食べ物はおいしいです。ちなみに、安いビールは特別オファーで購入できます。ホテル自体は新しくはなく、少しくたびれていますが、清潔さは保たれていますが、どうやらすべてが追いついていないようです。部屋は広く、エアコン、テレビが備わっています。基本的には満足でしたので、お勧めします。

University /University dorm partially turned into a hotel with minimal investment. The result is mostly positive. The hotel is very photogenic so it's easy to get the impression that it's much more swanky than it actually is.. I enjoyed my stay, the staff is friendly, it's clean, surrounded by greenery and nice views. Don't let the name Hotel Palacio fool you, don't expect a palace, the hotel is modest but comfortable. Location wise, it's out of town which was no problem for me as I had prearranged a motorbike during my 7 days stay. For those pending on jeepney public transport or tricycle taxis, places like the baywalk are far away. The van I had organised to the airport early morning with the receptionist was punctually waiting for me. Everything was good. Expect a 3 star property and you won't be disappointed.

The location is just along the highway, the room is clean, their food was delicious, the pool has a nice view and the water is warm. The staff were also approachable and friendly.
