A nice green location isolated from the downtown mess but not far from it. A simple local style house with a terrace, a CR, a small kitchen, and a sleeping room with aircon. Sometimes it's noisy here when local company comes to eat out here like walk INS. The pricing is reasonable

Problematic toilet and the shower pressure is very low. Transferred to different room but the same problem. But the room is clean and tidy.

Staffs are very accommodating and friendly. I love how they treat their guests. The beach was clean, blue water with white sand 🥰 highly recommended.

There are many good things about casa mia but also some room for improvement. The goos things are… Location is very close to Gensan Airport which waa perfect for our early morning flights. Both Grab taxi and food delivery are available in this area which we made good use of. Very clean room and bedding. Excellent internet connected television. The disadvantages are that the amenities are very basic and in some rooms it can take a while to get the hot water for a reliable shower. The shower design means that a lot of water gets onto the floor area outside which makes the toilet room messy. But still good value and good staff so I will stay here again.
