ゲゲストI had high expectations as the hotel came with recommendations from different people, however, it turned out to be kinda disappointing. very old rooms. ACs were out of order and the whole night was full of sweating. breakfast was very limited which you would not expect from an expensive hotel.
BBipul123I had a great stay at Royal Swiss Lahore—its location next to the airport was super convenient. I felt completely secure, and the staff provided excellent service throughout. The food was delicious, and everything was clean and well-managed. Though on the arrival day they provided me room which didn’t match with descriptions.
ゲゲストDespite the design of the hotel are good, with many different choices of restaurants but I need to complain the counter staffs' service.
Moving slow and face look cold, not active nor friendly, suggest to have some training to enhance their attitude and procedure. I visit twice but each time we took long time when check-in. Otherwise the room and facilities are okay. Not very recommended until they could improve service quality and staffs attitude.
SShehroz1I waited more than 30 minutes for check-in even though they told me it would be ready at 3 PM. The apartment was still not prepared, and it felt like we were not treated as guests at all. At check-out, they asked us to stop and wait again because they needed to inspect the apartment before letting us leave. Because of this delay, I ended up missing my flight. The whole experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
