This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

私たちはSSEアリーナでケイティペリーのコンサートに行くためにここに滞在しました。私たちは4人の女の子に2 x Queenの懇願がある部屋に滞在しました。それは素晴らしいものでした!部屋はきれいで、ベッドはとても快適で、スタッフはとても親切で親切でした。コンサートの前に食べ物と飲み物の配達を食べていただけで、豪華な朝食に立ち上がった。私はこのホテルがすべてに適していると信じているので、誰にでもお勧めします。私は2026年1月に戻ってきます、そしてもう待つことができません。

Grand Central is in great location in heart of Belfast. Fantastic staff who are friendly and always on hand to help. At reception Matthew warmly welcomed us and we had a wonderful time Saturday afternoon lounging in the Observatory ,sipping delicious cocktails and enjoying the beautiful Belfast skyline. Breakfast was lovely with 2 highlights for me ; chef made me perfect poached eggs upon request - thank you! Also variety of mango, mixed berry etc. smoothies were freshly made and served during breakfast; delicious! Would thoroughly recommend for a short city break and Belfast too was buzzing! Will be back again December!

フレンドリーで親切なスタッフがいる絶好のロケーションにある素敵なホテル-しかし、全体的な経験は残念だった小さなネガがたくさんありました。エレベーターはサービスがなかったので、階段を使わなければなりませんでした。ありがたいことに高層ビルではなく、私は1階にいました。大きくてよく装飾された部屋は、窓のすぐ外のエアコンと抽出ユニットによって台無しにされ、騒しく落ち着きのない夜になりました。窓の霜付きのガラスは部屋を退屈にしました。バスルームの黒いカビ、壁に大きな亀裂と汚れたカーペットは役に立ちませんでした。よくできていないベッドと硬くて粗いドレッシングガウンもありませんでした。探さなければならず、ワードローブの棚に押しつぶされているのを見つけました。WiFiはとても良かったが、USB /タイプC充電ポートはありませんでした。テレビは部屋の大きさに比べて小さく、信号を失い続けました。また、吹いた電球に気づきましたが、これはいつでも起こり得たと思います。ソーセージは美味しくてハイライトでしたが、朝食も残念でした。彼らは小さなグルテンフリーのオプションも提供しましたが、GFパンと非乳製品ミルクが十分かどうかはわかりません。ホテルは4 *の評価を主張しており、そのためには少なくともティー/コーヒーテーブルサービスを期待していました。代わりに、私はコーヒーマシンからそれを自分で手に入れました。コーヒー自体はとても強く、飲めないほどでした。最後に、スタッフと話をしながら、巨大な割引を含むと思われる旅行価格が、実際にはこのホテルのある部屋の標準価格よりもはるかに高いことがわかりました。

This is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay. However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors. My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.

Brilliant red brick stately home type hotel. Full of charm and has a lovely front garden. You have full access to all living and dining area on the ground floor at any time, which is great for photos and relaxing. Our room was a small loft but had a great view from the bathroom of the hills over the city. The City tour bus goes past the hotel because apparently it used to be occupied by the main builder of the Titanic. It is a short walking distance to the stunning Queen's University and Botanic Gardens. Ryan's restaurant is a great shout for homely reasonably priced Irish food and drink. The lady at the front desk also gave us direct assistance to book our trip on the Causeway tour. Highly recommend.

The location right in the heart of South Belfast and near Ulster Museum leaves nothing to be desired. The service in this establishment does not either. Our room had plenty of light as it was on the 2nd floor and featured one of those 3 Victorian bay windows. The only tiny little fly in the ointment was the fact our bathroom sink did not seem to have warm water - but the shower made up for that. This mini hotel is great value for money and the cleanliness is beyond reproach.

バスターミナル、日帰りバスツアーの集合場所、また、中心部へ行くのに立地が大変良いので選びました。 結果、その通りでした。1階にはフリードリンクが置いてあります。エアコンがありました。冷蔵庫はありません。 お部屋は広くて清潔でした。最終日にベルファストを数時間観光するのに荷物を預けるのに£2必要です。荷物を 預けるのにお金を払わなければならないのがマイナス点です。通常はサービスで無料で預かってくれます。
