We stayed here at the end of September. At night the temperature outside was around 10°C, and the room was extremely cold. There was no heating at all – not even radiators, which is very strange for a four-star hotel. The only option was the air conditioner blowing warm air, but it was directed straight at the bed, which was very uncomfortable, so we had to turn it off. As a result, the room simply could not be heated. In the bathroom there was a small infrared heater, but it was almost useless and didn’t really warm the space. Taking a shower and stepping out into such cold air was very unpleasant. Luckily, we stayed only one night, but we were freezing the whole time. Definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this category.

Tobaco Hotel

Łazienka w porządku, miejsce do przygotowania posiłku, nawet telewizor w pokoju. Przydałby się przedłużacz żeby móc swobodnie naładować telefon. Łódź jest zdecydowanie warta, żeby odwiedzać ją częściej, nawet jeśli budżet jest raczej skromny. Bardzo fajne i bezpieczne miejsce, polecam!

Hotel bardzo dobrze usytuowany, czysty, śniadanie bardzo dobre. Polecam

If I compare price and quality. I would give 0. old amenities. The apartment was nice. Bed was good. Breakfast very good. The lady in service was working non-stop and very kind. Reception very helpful. Pool works unfortunately till 21:00

Hostel with general quality like hotel but very poor noise cancellation, you can hear everything from corridor and other rooms. Bathrooms were ok, there is also sink in rooms. When price is attractive it can be worth a try but keep in mind you can have worse sleep than in standard hotel.
