They were incredibly warm-hearted and did everything they could to help me, especially with my luggage. I have only the highest praise for them. I am also deeply appreciative of Mr. Tomasz, the manager, for his efforts in addressing my concerns. He was understanding and supportive when I needed to leave the hotel, and his professionalism and compassion truly stood out. I wish him all the best in his future endeavors. May God bless the kindness of these wonderful individuals. My deepest thanks to them all. The hotel has a beautiful art gallery and a great touch of designs. Thanks for the coffee and water!"

"Very dirty, dust everywhere - obviously not wiped off for weeks. Dirty carpet. Very poor finish, bathroom fittings so dirty that I didn't feel like taking a shower. Standard breakfast, but with very poor ingredients. The room was large and comfortable, but due to the dirt and embarrassing condition, I did not want to spend time in it. The outdoor area is full of garbage bags. The price does not match the quality offered. The pool is ok, the lifeguard is polite, but he sits behind the door - in a crisis, there is little chance of a proper response. Cardboard boxes at the entrance, a ping-pong table folded in half. Overall impression: a previous era at a price similar to decent chain hotels. I won't come back, I don't recommend it."

The room was spacious and clean; everything was good. The breakfast, however, was average and nothing special. As I said, a good hotel, and therefore 3 out of 5."

"This was a clean, comfortable place with a bit of a cold business feel to it. It's in a gated complex in a non-descript neighborhood of a city that doesn't seem to have a real center. It's a short walk to the tram line that takes you to the main sights. The living/dining/kitchen area was very spacious, and all the facilities were new and worked perfectly. Super comfy mattress and plump pillows, blackout curtains, good climate control. The kitchen was not particularly well stocked, which was the story pretty much everywhere we stayed in Poland. They don't use cloth dish towels or toast their bread, apparently. There was a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities, which was nice. The receptionist was helpful and pleasant. We didn't have the breakfast buffet, but it looked decent."
