It is OK.

The location is very good and the staff was great and very accommodating. The rooms were very small and the bathrooms were also very small. It’s OK to spend one night there and preferably not to share the room with anyone because there just isn’t enough space. The staff, however, is great and very helpful. I’d like to take Abdullah for his assistance and understanding.

We booked a room with a ‘city view’. Unfortunately, even though I reminded this to them during check in, we were given a room that was at the back of the hotel, overlooking an apartment building, which was only 5 meters away

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, die Lage ist sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr nett.

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Balkan Palace Edirne Hotel. Das Hotel war sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Mürüvvet Abla, die uns mit ihrer herzlichen und lieben Art sehr positiv aufgefallen ist.

Отель вполне уютный, рядом с основными достопримечательностями, но в тихом месте. Зимой хорошее отопление. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал

全てにおいて10点満点ですが、ホテルに一つアドバイスがあります。ホテルのレストラン部分にも「別の」出入り口があります。混雑していたため、車を停めるのにそこが適していると考えました。しかし、入り口の階段の前にテーブルが置かれ、利用客が座っていたため、荷物を持って歩き、ホテルの周りをぐるっと回ってホテルに出入りしました。写真にもあるように、そこの階段は完全に撤去するか、階段とそのエリアをもっと整備すべきです。繰り返しますが、ホテルの立地、価格のバランス、サービスなどは完璧です。
