We LOVED this hotel and were so pleasantly surprised by how wonderful everything was! Only downtown hotel with free parking we could find, which you use your room key to access. Room was SPOTLESS and honestly felt brand new! Bathroom was spacious and clean, and even the provided hair products worked really well for me. Staff were super kind and efficient. Bed was comfy, breakfast the next morning was included and very good, with a decent amount of hot breakfast as well as pastries/cereals etc. We plan to have more trips to Pitt in the future and will definitely be staying here again, no questions! Felt so much nicer than a budget hotel… just wow!

ホテルはピッツバーグのダウンタウンに位置しており、見つけやすいです。ホテルのすぐ向かいに駐車場があり、とても便利です。受付スタッフは親切で、駐車券をスキャンするだけで29ドルで1日乗り放題パスを発行してくれます。駐車場を出る際は、スマートフォンでQRコードをスキャンするだけです。もう一つ注目すべき点は、初めてホテルに入る際にドアベルを鳴らす必要があることです。許可された宿泊客とスタッフ以外は中に入れないので、セキュリティが強化されていると思います。また、部屋は広々としていて清潔です。朝にドリンクバーで無料のホットコーヒーがあればさらに良かったでしょう。全体的に滞在には満足しており、10点満点中9.5点と評価します。追伸：写真はホテルの公共休憩エリアで、とても美しいです。

The Hotel was lovely but there was some issues with beddings, cleanliness” but I had pictures so I was able to sent it to there higher up in which the issue was fixed immediately, the breakfast was really good but quite expensive so we chose to eat on our last day everyone in the hotel was pretty friendly and nice, my favorite part of the hotel were there cookies I think it did the trick with everything else they lacked and they weren’t stingy in handing out the cookies amazing” overall experience was a 3 star as expected what would make it for if they fixed things before check in like the beddings and vent system in the rooms” shower was good water pressure perfect

葬儀のために町にいましたが、良い一日でした。町にいる間にホッケーの試合と野球の試合も見ました。ナッシュビルも大好きでしたが、このホテルはスタッフも素晴らしく、料金も手頃で、とても清潔でした。

Room was good stay for the night, however, the trip.com site did false advertise of pool at facility which was a huge reason on booking this hotel for the night. My family expectation to swim in a inside pool were crushed to oblivion when we found out not only is there not an indoor pool but to be told there was not a pool at the facility at all since they been open as of December 2025. I was told this by the female attendant on July 18th, 2026 at 9:48 am who was not at front check in counter but gossiping in the buffet breakfast area with another worker and a guest. She was very nonchalant about assisting me and my concerns, when I approached her after waiting for over 6 minutes at the counter and searching for whoever is working the front desk. I asked her what time is check out and if I could get a partial refund due to false advertising of pool and she said that I would have to contact trip.com or whomever the third party I booked with for it is not her concern nor does she deal with third party websites/companies WHILE storing her coffee or tea and not making eye contact with me in a condescending tone. Would I stay here again no, because of rude front desk staff.

Tryp was awesome. Great historical location and renovation. Location was fun, safe. Staff was excellent. Will strongly recommend. Only one issue - apparently a new rule was implemented regarding checking in early afternoon. After a 6 hour drive I arrived at 1:15pm and asked to check in. I travel for a living so I was a bit disappointed to hear it would cost an additional $50 to get my room an 1 1/2 ”early”. I asked if it was ready and was told yes. So after a 6 hour drive my choice was to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half+ or pay the $50. I said I understood if I was trying to check in at like 9:00 am. When checking out Tryp made the experience right. Overall, as a frequent visitor to pittsburgh I look forward to returning and highly recommend.

We love this hotel! The place is clean, very nice, the perfect location for attending events at PPG Paints Arena, and the staff have always been very helpful.

This hotel isn’t bad for the price . They offer the cash deposit which is nice ! They could definitely use a little remodeling though . The shower pressure is great! The toilet kind of did the running thing and a couple times didn’t want to flush but overall it wasn’t bad .we’ll probably stay again . The staff is nice at the check in / out desk so that’s a plus!
