BBenpaodexiaoyangmieyang部屋は広く、コーヒーメーカーが壊れていて、プラグが壊れていて、消費リストが再生されず、プラットフォームが再生されると言って、預金を集めて卵を消費する理由があります(非常に面白い)注文する必要があります(卵が早くない、注文するときに請求すると言ったとき、私は請求しませんでした、そして私は2ドル以上を受け取りました)、駅の近く、階下には多くのホームレスがいて、法と秩序が良くなく、駐車スペースが見つかりません。チェックインのために、反対側の駐車場に10分間駐車すると、22ドルが請求されます。外出後、一晩29ドルが請求されます。経験は良くありません。

SSiattaThe Hotel was lovely but there was some issues with beddings, cleanliness” but I had pictures so I was able to sent it to there higher up in which the issue was fixed immediately, the breakfast was really good but quite expensive so we chose to eat on our last day everyone in the hotel was pretty friendly and nice, my favorite part of the hotel were there cookies I think it did the trick with everything else they lacked and they weren’t stingy in handing out the cookies amazing” overall experience was a 3 star as expected what would make it for if they fixed things before check in like the beddings and vent system in the rooms” shower was good water pressure perfect

ゲゲストAfter a hard day of travelling, I did not appreciate the check in technology providing obstacles like not accepting confirmation numbers or forcing me to jump through hoops like providing license photos when all I wanted to do was to lie down. While the room itself was satisfactory, the heating system would not respond to commands so it was often too cold in the room. I would have appreciated extra packets of creamers left in the concierge closet, as well. I think, for me, in the future I will prefer a full service hotel.

ゲゲストTryp was awesome. Great historical location and renovation. Location was fun, safe. Staff was excellent. Will strongly recommend.
Only one issue - apparently a new rule was implemented regarding checking in early afternoon. After a 6 hour drive I arrived at 1:15pm and asked to check in. I travel for a living so I was a bit disappointed to hear it would cost an additional $50 to get my room an 1 1/2 ”early”. I asked if it was ready and was told yes. So after a 6 hour drive my choice was to sit in the lobby for an hour and a half+ or pay the $50. I said I understood if I was trying to check in at like 9:00 am.
When checking out Tryp made the experience right.
Overall, as a frequent visitor to pittsburgh I look forward to returning and highly recommend.

匿匿名ユーザー古いホテルの窓は開けられません。すでにシャワーを浴びています。シャワージェルとシャンプーは実際にロックされていますか？それなら、スタッフがロックを解除して入浴するようになりますか？想像を絶する苦難とけち。雨が降ったときは傘を借りず、スタッフの態度は平均的でした。

ゲゲストThe television was super outdated. The remote control wouldn’t work majority of the time but somehow managed to not have enough security or confirmation that my baby touched a button & a movie was ordered.. mind you the remote didn’t even work to let me know it was “purchased” or rented let alone did it even play! The cleanliness could’ve been a tad better but for the price I guess it made sense. The soap is so cheap it dries you out. The shower curtain didn’t really keep all the water inside the tub/ shower area. The beds were decently comfortable. When checking out they gave me the cash back that paid it in except they took money from my cash deposit from the so called movie that was ordered instead of putting it on my card . And it was taxed $30 for a rented movie is absolutely ridiculous!
