LLaurieLoved my stay overall. There was a champagne offering upon arrival which was wonderful. After a long drive from Michigan, it was well received and completely set the tone for the type of stay we would be experiencing. View from Room 2754 breathtaking. A welcome fruit basket was provided for our 35th anniversary stay.
Ample Trump water provided. Location - Best in the City. Housekeeping was Outstanding. Reception staff were perfection. The view in Room 2754 blew away my expectations and I will stay here again in the future. Job well done Trump Hotel staff!
A few things that would improve the experience are: Provide 2 Barstools for the rooms with a kitchenette island. We had to eat on the low coffee table.
Replace barn door with normal door on bathroom. Privacy factor low due to the crack opening. Provide Non-Stick cooking spray for guests who use the cookware. It was awful cleaning eggs from the skillet. Invest in a few Real Dishcloths for the kitchenette. A normal Keurig coffee maker would be better than just espresso. The location was Best in the City. I highly recommend staying here!

Ssknosey無料の朝食はフルビュッフェではなく、*料理と、通常はフライドポテトとビーフバーガーのパテまたはソーセージのスライスから選べます。残りは小さなヨーグルトとトースト用のパン、または自分で作るワッフルです。紅茶、コーヒー、ホットチョコレートがあります。シリアルとポリッジもありましたが、食べる価値がないほど薄く作られていることもあります。
部屋には紅茶はなく、コーヒーだけです。マシンには使い捨てのトレイがありましたが、使い果たしてしまったので、紅茶とコーヒー用に同じものを9日間使いました（朝食ルームからティーバッグをもらいました）。ハウスキーピングは、最初に頼んだもの、または2回目に頼んだものを提供しませんでした。何か欲しいものがあって午後2時に頼んだ場合、その後午後9時から10時までに2回追いかければ手に入ります。
チェックアウト時間に関しても、かなりごちゃごちゃしていました。私は自動的にレイトチェックアウトができるようにするロイヤルティプログラムのメンバーです。マネージャーは私にそれを渡してくれたのですが、その後、料金を払ってさらに延長できないかと尋ねに行ったところ、カウンターの後ろにいたもう一人の男が明らかに権力に酔っていて、前日に私がそれを受け取るべきではなかった、マネージャーだから引き出すことはできないが引き出すことはできる、私には1時間しか与えられず、それ以降は1時間あたり25ドル請求される、などと言い始めたのです。彼は意地悪で意地悪な男で、心配と苦痛を与える機会を見つけてそれを実行したのです。荷物を預ける必要があり、フライトが深夜だったので、正午にチェックアウトするために荷物をまとめて預けるか、1、2、3、4のいずれかにするかを知る必要がありました(彼らは常に私を困らせていました)が、これが私がサービスに1つ星を付けた理由です。全くプロフェッショナルではなく、子供っぽくて意地悪です。数日前にチェックアウトの延長を手配していたのに、前日に荷造りをしなければいけないのに、やるべきことのスケジュールがあるのに、彼らは私を困らせたのでしょうか? 今まで泊まったホテルの中で最悪のサービスでした。ヒルトンはもはや5つ星の体験ではないようです。サービスは1つ星です。

DDr KMGホテル自体は素敵で、部屋にはアメニティもすべて揃っています。
朝食の種類は限られています。ああ、そうそう、極寒の環境で提供されるゆで*ほど「食欲をそそるもの」はありませんね。ペンギンに餌をあげるなら最高です。
さらに嬉しいことに、カスタマーサービスチームは静かな瞑想を信条としているようです。メールには返信してくれないので、時間を無駄にするのはもったいないです。
2週間以上経ちましたが、まだデポジットが振り込まれていません。Springhillで予約するなら、デポジットを寛大な寄付として計算に入れておいてください。おそらく二度と戻ってくることはないでしょう。

なにより受付の方がとても優しくサービスが良かったのでとても好印象です。例えば最初金庫の電池が切れていましたがお願いしたらすぐに直してくれました。
部屋は広くて綺麗です。歯ブラシはないですが、基本そろっているので問題ありません。
場所に関しては空港のすぐ近く、シャトルバスは十分に往復しています。地下鉄は、一番近い道を探すのが少し苦労しますが、最短で歩いて5分ほどで行くことができます。また街の中心へもBluelineで一本なので利便性も悪くないです。ただ夜は歩いている人がいないので、(明るく、車通りも多いので怖くはないですが)少し注意する必要はあるかもしれません。
コインランドリーも利用しましたが、それなりに清潔で全部で$4、1時間15分で完了しました。

TTerence CaoBe careful, there is a hidden charge ”A $25 daily urban experience fee will be charged to each room” at this hotel Fairmont Chicago - Millennium Park. The breakfast charge is very tricky if you have prepaid. 1st you have to argue that you have prepaid for the breakfast for each person in the room. 2nd you need to ask and confirm with the front desk how much the credit is for the breakfast you have paid (my case $38 for each person daily, covers taxes and tips). It is not buffet breakfast, you need to pay extra when you check out if you have ordered more than your credit for the breakfast. When I asked that if I missed one breakfast, can I use the extra credit for the next day. The answers were different from different staff members.
A very expensive hotel focusing on big conferences, there are no microwave oven, empty refrigerator (you can request) in the room and swimming pool. Do not lift up the drinks and snacks in the box on the table (there are sensors underneath) unless you don't mind to be charged. The existing refrigerator is full of drinks. I was afraid to touch it, even the concierge didn't know how to open the refrigerator lock. But the coffee and tea are free. There is a person (not housekeeper) comes to the room to check and refill all the drinks and snacks including the free ones.
We booked our room many weeks earlier, after we checked in I realized that the room prices dropped comparing our original prices, maybe not enough conference people attending.

ゲゲストThe room was super clean and spacious. Cleaning ladies were very nice. The girls at the front desk were super friendly, some guys not so much. If you want to cook in the room, you can request some cooking pots, but they were overused and scratched. Their free breakfast is decent. Very nice gym with a peloton bike. Overall, I think this is good option for longer time stay.

I was initially quite hesitant to check into this hotel after reading a number of detailed and lengthy negative reviews, especially those highlighting hidden fees and cleanliness issues. However, upon arrival with my partner, I was pleasantly surprised.
The hotel was clean and well-decorated, with a modern and cohesive style. Our check-in process was fast and efficient, and the receptionist was friendly and happy to answer all of our questions—especially about the fees mentioned on the hotel’s website.
One of the main issues people seem to bring up is the so-called “hidden” fees. In my experience, these fees are not actually hidden—they’re listed on the hotel’s official website. That said, they could definitely be communicated more clearly. It’s important to read the fine print when booking and during check-in. While the fees may not be obvious at first glance, the hotel is legally allowed to include them since they are technically disclosed.
Our room was spacious and comfortable, with enough space to hang clothes. There were multiple hangers, and the locker-style closets matched the hotel’s sporty decor. The floor and bathroom were clean overall, though I did spot a spider in the corner of the shower—but nothing alarming.
The downstairs common area includes an open kitchen with a communal fridge and even a crockpot, which was a nice surprise. There were also several games available, like ping pong and air hockey, which makes this place family- and couple-friendly.
Guests are allowed to enjoy drinks provided in the kitchen. If you’re sensitive to noise, particularly trains, I recommend requesting a room farther down the hall on the first floor. Our room was in a quiet spot—I barely noticed the train, and when I did, it was more like soft white noise. Still, bringing earplugs might help if you’re a light sleeper.
Overall, I recommend this hotel. It’s in a nice area, the decor is visually appealing, and the stay was enjoyable. Just be aware of a $120 refundable deposit (if no damage is done to the room) and an additional $50 guest fee. Knowing that ahead of time helps avoid surprises.
I’m very grateful for the pleasant stay and would return again.
