ゲゲストHmmm.this is my second time going to this hotel, I loved it the first time but not this time. Everything about this hotel is really nice, the place neat and staff are all nice. But the problem is I parked my CAR at the parking lot of the hotel and woke up in the morning to find all my car tires were stolen. I mean all four tires of my care were gone.the crops were called and that was it.No body from the hotel even called to check on us or said anything. The manager was not around and I left a message that he should called me and up till now no one has called. I don't think I will ever go to this hotel again even though it a nice place I don't like the way my situation was handle..

Único ponto não tão positivo, é que ocorrem vários eventos no hotel, o que dificulta um pouco o estacionamento e em um dos dias o barulho passou das 22h. Porém nada suficiente para desabonar o hotel.
JJamieIt's pretty close to the interstate and very conveniently located near many stores, restaurants, and other places. It's very clean and spacious. The staff are very friendly. The selection for breakfast is not very much but enough for staying just a few days. I am surprised to find that there is a gym, a pool and a hot tub. There is a microwave in the room; either it's broken or I don't know how to operate it. The only real problem I have is that the phone in my room does not work. They tried to fix it from day one but for some reason it's not ever fixed by the time I checked out after 6 days of staying there.
CCINDYWe are a family of 4, who stayed in room 802 for the past weekend. It was a pleasant stay overall with a great breakfast, happy hour, and nice pool and gym. What was terrible was our room. The toilet did not work properly (the flush did not allow water to fill the bowl), which was already reported to the front desk on day 1, but the issue remained unfixed. The bathroom door knob also did not shut. The refrigerator also had its problems with tilting over. I am a Hilton Honors member and have loved all our previous stays in other locations. This one was a little disappointing.
AA. FoxThe front desk staff are extremely nice and made sure that I had everything that I needed and all the information necessary for my stay. They even gave me great directions on how to find my room. All in all a great experience.
