SSKROWTENこの場所はとても素敵で、清潔で、スタッフはとても親切です。私はロビーで深夜に軽食を食べに行きましたが、誰もそこにいませんでしたが、私は軽食と部屋に$を残しました。それは奇妙だと思いましたが、それに加えて、それは素敵な場所です。

DDisabled VeteranNice atmosphere, dog friendly! They have a list board that has all the dogs names that are staying there...very nice breakfast too! The hot tub and pool were not available as they were being painted. The last night it was all finished and refilled, but there was night road work going on for the on/off ramp to the Interstate right next to the pool area. That just turned us off from going to try and relax.

HHenrique Regaladoホリデイインエクスプレスについて文句を言うことはめったにありません。しかし、今回はビジネスのためにそこにいましたが、残念ながら仕事のスケジュールが変更されたため、夜を過ごすことができませんでしたが、しばらくの間、テレビが機能しなかったので、階下に電話して誰かに見てもらいました。それですが、時間が経ちました。テレビのプラグが切れて、箱に差し込んでテレビに接続していないと、アダプターがないので、意味がありません。私はこの特定のホリデイインエクスプレスと他のすべてのホテルでいつも快適な滞在をしました。この不幸を経験したのはこれが初めてです。次回は二度と起こらないことを願っています。ご理解いただきありがとうございます。おやすみなさい

ゲゲストIt was a very no hassle stay. Checked in quickly. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was self-service with a lot of options and good tasting food. The only issue there is when there are a lot of guests trying to get their food at the same time, it gets crowded and a bit chaotic. The pool is indoor, warmed, and perfect for a relaxing dip and enjoyment for the kids. The hot tub wasn't very hot, but still was relaxing. Would definitely stay there again.

ゲゲストMy stay was good. The service was great, both ladies at check in and check out were very nice, especially the check out one who came to replace my card and brought it to my room. The only issues I had were someone knocking at my door in the middle of the night (or maybe they were knocking at the neighbor’s? I definitely did NOT get up to look) and an alarm going off in the morning while I was making coffee with the kindly provided coffee machine and it was steaming. Not sure if it was the steam that set off the smoke alarm? It went off after beeping twice. Besides that, as they say here, you get what you pay for. I guess my neighbors were noisy and stayed up late, hence the knocking, and got up at 5am or something like that cause I could hear them talking and packing. So not exactly sound proof rooms, but besides that it was clean, full of towels and bathing items; bed was ok, tv microwave and mini fridge are included. Breakfast too, so that’s a nice plus. I’d stay there again.

ゲゲストThe service here was amazing. I had called earlier in advance to see if I could check in early and they allowed me to and helped me through the process. Though the issue that I had was that when I got into my room, the bed was a queen bed. When I payed for my hotel I asked for a king bed but that wasn’t given to me. Along with that the room that I was in the bolt lock didn’t work so I had to use the other lock on top but that one allowed people to still be able to look inside. What bothered me most while I was there was that the room service used their key to try and get in my room twice while I was in there.

JJohnathan LumA wonderful stay at SureStay Napa Valley. The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable, making it a perfect place to recharge after long days exploring Napa and nearby attractions. Conveniently located close to Six Flags Discovery Kingdom as well as the beautiful Napa wineries, it made travelling around incredibly easy.
The breakfast was pleasantly satisfying with a good variety to start the day, and the peaceful atmosphere made the stay feel relaxing throughout. Great value, excellent location and a comfortable experience overall.
