I had a fantastic stay here with my friends! The cleanliness was top-notch, and the location couldn’t have been better so convenient for exploring the area. The service was excellent from start to finish, with friendly and helpful staff. The amenities were great too everything we needed was available, and we really enjoyed our time. Would definitely recommend it for a group trip!

We had an amazing stay in this boutique hotel. The hosts were super nice and really treated us the best they could. At first the location seemed a bit away from the center, and without grab we were sceptic how to get to the center. But the hosts were super helpfull and brought us by car and picked us up as well. We even lend 1 scooter for an evening for free! The room was super new and had everything we needed. Good bed, big smart tv (for resting day), great shower, good AC and small balcony. We got homemade Vietnamese breakfast everyday. Even when my girlfriend asked for just fruits they made an amazing platter full. These people were so nice and asked nothing in return. We wanted to pay for the rides but they refused. The hotel is in a super new area and the streets are only accessible for people who need to be there, which makes it very safe as well. Just note that if booking a tour they cannot pick you up in front of the hotel, but just 3 minutes walk away, so no problems.

ビューポイント・アンクアンホテル（カットバ島）のレビュー 先日、カットバ島のビューポイント・アンクアンホテルに宿泊する機会に恵まれました。本当に素晴らしい滞在でした。ホテルは静かなエリアに位置しており、美しい周辺を散策した後の静かな休息に最適でした。桟橋から徒歩圏内、カットコービーチにも近く、観光や地元の観光スポットを楽しむのに便利なロケーションです。 宿泊した部屋は広々として清潔で、バルコニーと屋上カフェからは息を呑むような絶景が広がっていました。このような素晴らしい景色の中で目覚めることは、まさに旅のハイライトでした。ホテルのスタッフは素晴らしく、フレンドリーで気配りが行き届いており、快適な滞在のためにあらゆる面で尽力してくれました。ハノイからカットバ島への交通手段の手配をしてくれただけでなく、ハロン湾への素晴らしい日帰り旅行も企画してくれました。 ホテルの朝食は種類豊富で美味しく、特に注文を受けてから作ってくれる*料理は絶品でした。ホテル全体の雰囲気は温かく家庭的で、滞在をさらに快適なものにしてくれました。カットバ島で快適で心地よい滞在をお望みの方には、ビューポイント・アンクアンホテルを強くお勧めします！

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

Nice HomeStay in the mountains. The facilities were good and the owners hired us scooters and arrange for our transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba. They had some books, cards and board games available. The tables around the pool were nice to have food or a drink around. The location is out of town, so not as many food options available but the homestay offers okay food - the banana pancakes were nice. The room was spacious, cold aircon and hot water with a little balcony which was nice. It was excellent value for money and very easy to get to the nation park and caves from on a scooter ☺️ If you book any day tours, they will pick you up from the hotel too. The boat tour was enjoyable - we booked through GetYourGuide, but the homestay also offers tours as well.

立地も良く、食べ歩きにもとても便利です。チェックイン時にホテルと島の観光ルートを紹介してくれた旅行代理店の従業員と思われる女の子を除いて、サービスは平均的でした。彼女は温かく思いやりがあり、英語でスムーズにコミュニケーションをとることができました。比較的貧しい。客室乗務員は部屋を掃除するために来ると必ずドアを叩きます。

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

-Nhận phòng nhanh, lễ tân thân thiện và nhiệt tình. -Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ và thoải mái, gần aeonmall. Lần nào về Hải Phòng tôi cũng đều ở đây, giá cả hợp lý☺️

Location was perfect, good service, breakfast was okay. Interior was creative like in a cave. Only drawback was old towels that looked like rags and forgot to put new tea & coffee on the next day. Overall experience is good.

カウンターのスタッフに注意してください。予約済みでチケットも発行されています。現場のカウンターに着いたら、注文が見られないと言って、一回払って、10以上堅持しました。 分之後才說有看到訂單,但是沒付錢還是要你在付一次錢,一樣在那邊僵持著不要理会她,最後才說有看到了 しかし、注文書には全部書いてあります。まだ死ぬふりをしています。ずっと現場でもう一度お金を払いたいと認めたくないです。発券があれば、譲らないことを堅持します。相手は成功できません。カウンターのスタッフのこのような殺しをしたいという感じは本当に悪いです。 次回は他の家を選びます。
