Location is ok. The ac in our room did not work. There was no technician awailable, he was to come from some other town. The windows of the room cannot be closed properly as the hook is mising. The wifi speed is very poor.

One of the greatest stays i ever had. The room was good. The service was pleasant and room boys were very cooperative. This sort of reasons made my stay over their very nice. Its sure that i will reccomend this hotel to my colleagues, friends and family members.😊😊😊!

The rooms were clean and all the necessary amenities were provided such as toiletries, iron box, electric kettle, tea and coffee sachets. Things to work on - the electric kettle needs to be cleaned as there was some limescale deposits. The water in the bathrooms doesn't drain away completely, so it takes time to dry even with the exhaust on. Shower curtains should be put up on the existing curtain rods to prevent water from splashing to the rest of the bathroom. The food was decent. Overall a good stay.

For the start of our vacation in Kerala we spent 4 nights at the Elite hotel in the centre of Thiruvalla and it provided the perfect location for access to the shops/amenities and a base to explore the area. The hotel itself had all the services required - a well appointed suite with a great view, attentive staff, breakfast included, Wi-Fi worked well, room service was prompt and the in house restaurant we used twice had a good range of dishes with helpful staff. We held a birthday party for 40 at the venue which was well organised and catered for with guests attending appreciative of the food & drinks served. Overall, the hotel, its location and the services it provided covered everything we needed for our stay - a great 1st taste of Kerala!

We had a wonderful experience at Wyte portico. Been here many times for dining , attending events and stays as the hotel is very close to our house at Pandalam. But what made our recent visit special is Mr Ciril the Bartender !! He amazed us with his skills and knowledges and served us the best drinks in the town and we really enjoyed his hospitality and warmth. Would love to visit the hotel again and is recommended to all.
