Lacking in amenities, practically nothing in the room like slipper, cups. Kettle. Etc. Cleanliness and location are good. Front desk staff are helpful.

My wife and i had a reasonable stay at Moxy Hotel in Kaunas city centre. However we did find the room to be a little warm through the night and the window could be opened but the roads were a little loud... so you need to pick, noise or temperature! The rooms we modern and spacious enought for a city break. It was so close to the places we wanted to visit and overall our stay was ok. The location is great, near just the city centre and bus terminal. Hotel stuff was friendly and helpful, breakfast's amazing.

Nice standard hotel close to city centre and in walking distance to Zalgiris Arena. Warm room with basic amenities, amazing breakfast. Free parking available (20 spaces). Will stay here again when in Kaunas.

My recent stay at Kaunas City Hotel was okay overall, but there were a few noticeable downsides. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite and helpful during check-in. However, the biggest issue was the noise insulation between rooms. I could clearly hear conversations, TV sounds, and even footsteps from neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night's sleep. While the hotel has some positive aspects, such as free parking in the heart of the Kaunas City, the lack of soundproofing really impacted my experience. If you're a light sleeper, this might not be the best choice. With some improvements in this area, it could be a much better stay. For now, it was just average.

全体的には満足のいく体験でしたが、駐車場への入退場時にいくつかトラブルに遭遇しました。 初日、駐車場を出ようとした際に問題が発生しました。システムがゲートを開けてくれないのです。フロントデスクに問い合わせに行きましたが、非常に混雑しており、ほとんど対応してもらえる時間はありませんでした。少し質問したところ、それ以上対応してもらえず、長時間待たされました。友人とその子供が車の中で待っていたので、仕方なく再度尋ねました。すると、ゲートまで車で行けば遠隔操作で開けてくれると言われました。指示通りにしましたが、ゲートはそれでも反応しませんでした。そこでフロントデスクに戻り、助けを求めました（混雑時は電話が繋がりにくいので、直接尋ねなければなりませんでした）。今度はゲートを開けてくれるとのことで、フロントデスクまで車で戻り、ようやく無事に出ることができました。この手続き全体で少なくとも30分かかりました。 一時的なトラブルだと思っていたのですが、翌日も同じ状況に遭遇しました。今回は助けを求めて電話をかけたところ、すぐにゲートを開けるとのことでしたが、電話を切った後、何度も試してみましたが、うまくいきませんでした。勇気を出してもう一度電話をかけると、「もう試しましたか？」と聞かれました。何度も試したと説明すると、「ユニパークに連絡します」と言われ、電話を切りました。しばらく待つと係員が来ました。英語は話せませんでしたが、身振り手振りで意味は理解できました。振り返って従業員用入口を使ってほしいとのことで、ようやくスムーズに退出できました。

ビクトリア ホテルに泊まるのは 2 回目です。去年の方が良かったと思います。今回泊まった部屋は前回と同じではありませんでした。それでも朝食はおいしく、立地も良かったです。

Отель восхитительно расположен; отличные номера категории family room. Чисто, удобно заселяться и постоянно на связи супер-отзывчивая служба поддержки в WhatsApp (их номер есть на двери и работают они круглосуточно). 10 из 10! Обязательно приеду на обратном пути 😘

Great front desk staff, comfortable room, fantastic breakfast buffet, and perfect hotel location just steps away from the Old Town and the New Town.
