Gerry made us feel welcome the moment we walked up to the desk his positive attitude smile, and kindness was exceptional. Often, sadly front desk employees can be less than chipper. That was certainly not the case with  Gerry!  We laughed and told stories and honestly  I wanted to hang with him at the desk and chat. He is one fine employee.  I hope you can keep him!  We will be back!

職人での滞在は素晴らしかった。部屋はきれいで、スタッフはフレンドリーで、仕事に誇りを持って働いていました。暖炉のあるロビーは素晴らしかった。素晴らしいディナーのためにホテルのロビーからトスカーナグリルに直接歩いて行くという楽しさが大好きでした。翌朝(ロビーもオフ)朝食も楽しんだ。私たちは店を歩き回り、トスカーナマーケットでランチに新鮮なサンドイッチを食べるのが大好きでした。 私たちを驚かせたのは、部屋にたくさんの騒音があるということだけでした。ホールでみんなが話しているのを聞いたが、最も面倒なのは金曜日の夜だった。5階のクラブにDJがいたかもしれないと思う(私たちは3階にいた)。私たちは疲れていたので、早朝と呼んで、長い一日の旅行の後、部屋でリラックスしてテレビを見ることにしました。外からの音楽で自分の部屋でテレビを聞くことができませんでした!公平に言えば、音楽は10時までに止まったと思いますが、疲れたときはたくさんありました(特に500/night近く)。これは土曜日に問題ではありませんでした。 私たちは間違いなくその地域にいるときに戻ってきます。

Great location, minutes from all the major hiking trails and attractions.  Right off Highway 3 and close to Woodstock and the Lincoln township.  Adequate parking and we literally parked in front of our room. They hv an indoor and outdoor heated pool. The outdoor jacuzzi is a big draw. There’s also a small lake for fishing and riding the water bots.  Great location for weddings and picture taking.   The room was a bit old and the aircon was a bit noisy.  The ceiling was a bit thin as we can hear our neighbours talking.  Breakfast was great, coupled with great service.   We would return to stay again. A bit expensive for this time of the year but well worth it.

We were greeted by the most wonderful receptionist. She was very efficient and personable. She made us feel very welcome. We went to the bar at night and that's when it all fell apart. The waiter was not friendly at all and was very inefficient. Apparently there was a wedding party in the bar, so it was crowded. People had to wait an extremely long time and he only waited on one side of the bar. He totally ignored the other side. It was very sad to see this kind of service.

We stayed at the Inn at Thorn Hill from December 22nd to 24th, and the experience was absolutely magical. Everything was perfect, the beautiful, cozy room, the outstanding food, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The service was exceptional, and the host made us feel truly cared for with genuine hospitality and attention to detail. It was a peaceful, luxurious stay and one we will always remember. Highly recommended, we can’t wait to return.

ダートマスカレッジに行く予定だったので、車でわずか8分なので場所は素晴らしかったです。ホテルのすぐ隣にスーパーマーケットがあり、とても便利で、ホテル内にスターバックスがあります。 車でわずか2分のところに素晴らしいシーフードレストランJesseがあり、SalemとHanoverは多くの食事の選択肢を提供しています。 ジムを使いましたが、すべてが完璧でした。

Location was absolutely beautiful. Walking trails right next to the hotel into the woods and up a mountain and around a large meadow. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. Restaurant at the hotel served good cocktails and good food. Staff was very helpful and friendly. A return trip there is most definite!

Very ordinary hotel with nice pool hot tub. Rooms are quite dated and included breakfast buffet is very ordinary with rubbery and horrible bacon.  Signs on every table in nice eating area asking for tips for buffet staff is a bit much. Fireplace in lobby is really nice and welcoming.
