It was good staying over there, but when i was checking in the hotel, there were so many issues with rooms like toilet auro bed not clean also tv. Cable not worked, but after talk to with customer care of mmt, all issues were resolved. And stay becomes comfortable. So overall, nice experience. Thanks mm t team

Room was ok, not that good, floor was dusty, had to request for towels. Did bot provide even drinking water, even after asking. Poor bed, poor washroom interiors. Cockroaches, running in the bathroom. Just had to spend the night, did not have the option to cancel due to booking same day. If i had the option, i would have cancel-led it.

No doubt rooms are spacious and beds are good but they are not paying much attention to maintenance of rooms. No remote for air conditioner was present in room and upon requesting two three times they sent a remote but no displays on ac and no change in speed of fan and temperature could be appreciated. No facility for hot and cold water in the washroom. Control of all lights were from a single switch. So if you want dim light you have to switch on the lights of the washroom. Also, they have very limited menu items available after 9 pm. So if they are charging around rupees 2500 they need to improve a bit.

私たちは2日間35部屋を予約し、フロントデスクの受付係であるBani jiは、すべてを美しい方法でスムーズに処理します。食べ物はとてもおいしかったです、Gurdeep jiはすべてを管理しました。彼のサービスは素晴らしかった。残りのスタッフ(リナジ)とサービスは素晴らしいです。彼らはあなたを失望させません。ホテル、レストラン、残りの敷地の雰囲気はとても起こっているので、ここで退屈を感じることはありません..

Where should i start the disappointing experience i had during one night stay 1-2 Oct 2023. Rooms 2207 and 2206: Utterly pathetic rooms, seepage on rooftop and water dripping from roof. Wall Clock not working and nor was the AC remote. The bathroom had no lights and the shower mounted on roof was throwing droplets of water. The telephone in room was not working!!! Room Service: Highly irresponsive and carefree… Asked for towels and glasses… left unattended for 40 mins, ultimately had to go to the reception to ask for it. Restaurant: The food is fine but the hypocrisy of the staff and reception guys spoil it. Was informed that orders will not be accepted beyond 1030pm and lights will be off by 1100 pm, but was amazed to see that orders were being accepted till 11:15pm openly as walk in customers were coming and We were forced to eat cold food as I entered around 1035pm. Despite staying we were treated as if we were there for free. The room cards were deactivated from back end at 1100am without any intimation to us and we were forced to stay out of our rooms for 20 mins as master key could not be arranged. For this pathetic property, the hotel staff had charged the complete room rent on arrival so that i could not escape this place after seeing the pathetic condition of rooms and rude staff. When asked if i could document this feedback in hotel records, i was rudely told that there is no system of taking customer feedback. The policies drafted MP Singh who resides in Canada are only at the disposal of staff who run a flop show at Mohan Continental and not long enough before this place goes out of business. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED.. anyone can contact me for proofs of the claims made by me in this review !!

ゲゲストIt was good stay. I am coming to thus hotel since last 4 years now. Hospitality is good. Food can be improved more. Coffee was really bad. Bed sheet and blanket can be more clean. Blanket needs to be washed regularly. Hairs were there on bed sheet.

ゲゲストPre Covid...i have stayed in AK Suites at least 4 times, once for 10 days at a time and I loved the place and their hospitality. Hence it was one hotel that felt like home in Patiala. Post Covid I moved to Patiala and never had the opportunity to stay there again. On 31st Aug...I wanted to celebrate a very special day for a friend plus wanted to stay the night for old times sake. After check in...as i mentioned it was a very important day for us and we wanted to surprise a good friend so a few of friends (all medicos) came in for the surprise. Immediately i got a call from the reception that visitors not allowed. Since the friend whom we wanted to surprise was on her way...i requested the receptionist to give me 15 mins...we will surprise wish my friend and all will leave immediately. She was rude and again asked all visitors to leave. We were desperate as our friend was just 5 mins away and we had no time to change the venue so I ran down to 2nd floor reception and again requested her to give us 15 mins...the moment we all wish our friend...all will leave. She was adamant despite assurance that we will not make any sound or create confusion. All we needed was 15 mins. In desperation I asked her to call the manager while I rushed back to the room as our friend was almost there. As soon as we finished surprising our friend and wished her...the manager came up to the room and was equally rude. Since we had finished our surprise...i told him that all will leave in 10 mins. He got even more ruder , looked at his watch and told me you have 7 mins to leave as if he was talking to a beggar. Yes, on technical grouds...they were right but I have never been more embarrassed and humiliated. I had told my friends that I will book AK Suites for this special day and Ak suites ruined it for me. All my friends were planning to come back in the evening and have dinner on rooftop but after this incident they refused to come back. I am 52 years old and have traveled good part of the world to the world's finest hotels but never have I have ever been humiliated like this. I again repeat...according to the rules they were correct but service industry is more than following rules...its about keeping customer's happy and all I had asked (almost begged) was for 15-20 mins for my friends to be in my room. Congrats AK suites...you won on technical ground but lost your goodwill and respect. Not to mention years of business these medico would have given you.

ゲゲストWe booked Clarion Inn hotel, Patiala for the cocktail and Haldi function on 11th and 12th February 2024 and I had the worst experience here. On 11th I had cocktail party and The food, the hospitality and everything else was the worst. The hotel has such big name but had nothing. Firstly they don’t know how to fulfill commitments. Secondly they don’t even have proper cutlery. They were serving everything in disposals. Also we gave them our own cutlery they didn’t even returned it to us. Hotel didn’t even have waiters to server or refill the food, food quality was the worst , not a single thing was worth eating at all. Let’s talk about The rooms, they didn’t even have basic amenities in the rooms at all. My guests had to call room service again and again to request for the basic things. Moreover, let me share one video also, Ceiling of one of the room also fell of. This was really disappointing. During breakfast time, can you imagine, my guests were making things themselves, cuz the hotel didn’t have any service at all, they didn’t have waiters, and the quality was literally the worst. My guests told me that we are better without any breakfast and went outside to have something to eat. It was really embarrassing for us. You can see the chana puri in the photos, never seen so bad puri at a 4star hotel ever. They were taking 30min to serve things and even then the food was like this. Moreover during the dinner time after Haldi, restaurant took 30min to serve milk, to serve chapatis, and that time again my guests just stood up without having proper dinner. All of my brother’s wedding functions went out bad just because of the hotel’s poor management and services. I will never recommend this hotel or this franchise again to anyone.
