Hit and miss I will find this review quite difficult to write as the Cupido has many good points, but, unfortunately for us, I think the negative aspects just about outweighed the positives. The main asset the hotel has is its staff who are hardworking and happy in their roles and constantly engage in a cheerful manner with guests throughout the day... they really are fantastic and a credit to the company. There are little touches that are very pleasing such as for the first welcome drink they don’t just offer you a watered down orange juice or 1/2 inch glass of wine but more or less anything you want from the bar (obviously within reason) such as tea, coffee, glass of wine or full pint of beer... good start! When by the pool or roof terrace the lovely staff will come round and offer you free slices of cold water melon to cool you off a bit... all thoughtful gestures. The rooms appear to be very hit or miss, we started with a definite 'miss' initially with a tiny dark room (no balcony) tucked in the corner of the building with a very small single window looking out onto the blocked out side of someone’s balcony about 3ft. away (see photos) - the bigger window to the right wasn’t ours. Admittedly we booked a room without balcony as we had no choice when booking with Jet2, however, Jet2 don’t appear to charge extra for a balcony room anyway - it was just that they had none left - so this shouldn’t really have affected what room we were allocated. But this is where the lovely staff come into play again, between the manageress Carlota and the lovely receptionist Paula, after 2 nights they managed to swop our room to one that still had no balcony but was bigger, brighter, floor to ceiling window with superb sea view... what a difference! We were 2 weeks half board so you would have thought they’d have put someone that was only staying a few days on B&B in the first room to save us the embarrassment of having to ask to move. We would have been really miserable in that dark room for the whole fortnight. We were half board and are by no means fussy eaters but we thought the evening meal choice very limited even for a small hotel. There was literally one meat, one fish, one pasta and one grill station choice - none of which were very appealing. There isn’t even the choice of something like pizza which is usually on every hotels menu. These were accompanied by a choice of one vegetable and one style of potato. Even my partner who will hoover up anything didn’t enjoy any of the evening meals. But to counteract that the breakfast was okay and the morning machine coffee was the best I’ve had in a long time. As I say hit and miss. The communal areas of the hotel are lovely and everywhere is spotless but, as others have stated, it is in a rather noisy area (even in low season) with street bar music finishing after 2am., people shouting in the street in the early hours and the glass and bin wagons making an awful racket around 6am. which isn’t very condu

This was a lovely hotel! Staff was very friendly and helpful to span-glish speaking Americans! I did my best! The breakfast buffet was awesome! They even helped coordinate a rental car for our day excursion across the island!! My only disappointment was I underestimated the time and distance to/ from Palma. Camp de Mar is a quaint beach town! The bus system is great going to/ from Port d’Andratx.

Die Ausstattung war perfekt und sehr sauber. Wir hatten zudem kostenloses Upgrade d.h. eine Suite statt Doppelzimmer. Mit der Auswahl und der Qualität des Essens waren wir sehr zufrieden. Der Service hat sofort nicht mehr benötigte Teller abgeräumt. Zur Abendessen war sowohl Bier und Wein kostenlos includiert. Problem ist einzig das Parken. Nach 12:00 gibt es nur mehr Parkplätze mindestens 1 km weg

2歳、5歳の子供と３人でアパートメントタイプの部屋に6日間滞在。また再訪したいと思う。 good １．確かに海からホテルへは坂道だが、2歳の子供でも歩ける距離。徒歩5分。 ２．776号室に宿泊。部屋はキッチンのあるアパートメントタイプで生活しやすかった。基本的に器具は揃っている。受付に言えば洗剤、スポンジをくれる。ビーチタオルは1枚10ユーロのデポジットを入れれて貸し出す方式。換えたい場合も快く対応してくれる。最終日にデポジットは返却される。調味料はない。 ３．夕食は品数が多いビュッフェ。2歳は無料で2人で30ユーロ程度だった。コスパがいいと感じた。 ４．コンビニ的スーパーが徒歩3秒の隣にある。 ５．通常のスーパーであるALDIが徒歩15分くらいのところにある。坂道があり2歳が歩くのは大変だったが、大人なら問題なし。 ６．マリーンランド？小さい水族館までタクシーで10分。人数が多い場合はローカルバスよりお得。小さい水族館だが、イルカや鳥のショーがあり子供たちはだいぶ満喫していた。 ７．受付でパルマ水族館のツアーに参加した。これはバスとチケット込み。このバスはお土産屋に行くこともなく、水族館直行。滞在時間も十分だった。 ８．子供のダンスプログラム等アクティビティがあり子供が楽しんでいた。 ９．近くの海は長いビーチと少しの岩場があるため、ビーチに飽きたら岩場でカニや貝を探したり子供が楽しめた。ホテル前のビーチが長く、4人乗れるレンタルバイクでサイクリングをしたがとても良い。レンタルバイクはビーチの目の前のお店で借りられる。 bad １．ホテル内は全て現金精算。ホテル内にATMがあるが、少し不便。手数料もかかるし。 ２．好みによるが、朝食は22ユーロの価値はないかなと思った。結局子供が食べるのはパン、ヨーグルト、シリアルだったから隣のスーパーで購入して部屋で食べた。 ３．空港送迎のバスがホテルによく泊まっていたが、受付に聞いても教えてくれない。ホテルからはタクシーしか呼べない、バスは自分で調べて予約してとのこと。せめて会社名だけでも知りたかったが教えてくれなかった。数百回同じバス会社の名前を見っているだろうに（私でさえ5回くらい同じバスを見た。バスをみたら名前をメモするべき）空港までのローカルバスは安いが、バス停はALDIの方向。大人だけならスーツケースを持って歩けるが、子供がいると大変。タクシーは空港まで片道45ユーロくらい。 ４．提携のツアーが最悪。洞窟内で船に乗れるツアーを予約した。9時集合で洞窟内の滞在時間は1時間20分のみ。まずお土産屋→宝石屋を回った後にやっと洞窟に着く。ロスタイムが1時間以上ある。それで3人で69ユーロは高すぎるのでお勧めしない。子供が飽きてぐずる。洞窟は観光客が多く入場も長蛇の列。この1時間20分に全て込みなので、実質40分くらいしか洞窟内にいなかった。洞窟内で乗れる船は所要時間2分だが、待ち時間が30分以上ある為、ツアーバスの集合時間に間に合うように乗るのは物理的に不可能。レンタカーをお勧めする。これだけがこの度唯一の最悪なこと。

Nice hotel and good experience overall. Expectations weren’t the highest after reading some of the reviews but this hotel offered value for money and was worth the €3000 we paid for 2 rooms total of 5 guests on all ‘all inclusive’ basis (it’s not really all inclusive as the other posts clarify). The kids enjoyed the pools and the entertainment, and it was clean and the drinks were nice and reasonably priced too. Breakfast is a bit of a zoo and lots of things not replaced when they run out but that’s the same at most hotels. We ate out every evening so can’t comment on the dinner experience. Our rooms were pool facing on the 5th floor and were fine with comfy beds, decent shower, good hairdryer and everything we needed. My tip would be to bring your own pool towels otherwise it’s €10 per towel to rent (in cash) which you get back when you return. The doors to the pool area are unlocked at 8.30am and it’s a spectacle but one you have to be a part of if you want a decent sunlounger spot. Special thanks to our ******* neighbours though who thought it was perfectly acceptable to let their kids ‘play’ (and I use the word loosely) recorders on their balcony early in the morning. Wankmuffins. The WiFi was excellent too.

We enjoyed our 5 nights at this small friendly hotel. All the staff are exemplary & go above and beyond to make everything as enjoyable as possible. There is a warm greeting at breakfast and we found it excellent value for money. Drunks & poolside lunches from the pool bar are lovely and very reasonable. Yes there is a little noise from the road by the pool but we really didn't notice it as the pool area is lovely with a relaxing vibe. The loungers by the pool are super comfy. The rooms are not huge but very nicely appointed - you have everything you need & location is excellent for the harbour. A couple of pointers would be that we didn't enjoy being next to smokers by the pool or getting a face full from those vaping next to you - there aren't so many poolside beds - so options there were limited. Would be nicer if there was a designated smoking area. Lastly not one English TV channel - whilst we don't travel to watch TV whilst away we would have like to have viewed some of the Olympics whilst away with English commentary. We found it surprising as theres a high percentage of UK at this hotel. Thank you to everyone - we will be rebooking for next year as it was so chilled & enjoyable. .
