No cable box, called about it and they told me it was a problem with the hotel. I explained that I just needed the box, but they didn't send one up. The remote was only for a box, not for the television...so I couldn't even use the smart TV functions.
When I checked in, I had reserved two rooms - one of them a superior room, they tried to pawn me off on a normal double room.
The other room they did not provide a control for the air conditioning (but did bring up a cable box...) so the room was uncomfortably hot all night.
