The room is exactly same as posted, and very clean when we go into the room. We are group of 3 and being welcomed warmly by lady boss. She even prepared some teas for us even we already checked in late around 8pm at night. Simple breakfast prepared by lady boss very delicious, and she was very kind enough make us 3 cup of coffees. This is a very good place to stay while enjoying beautiful scenary, and quiet neighbourhood. 👍🏻

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The room was clean and well-designed, with smart features that made everything convenient and comfortable. One of the highlights was definitely the beautiful mountain view — it made the stay even more relaxing. The host was also very kind and friendly, which added a personal touch to the whole experience. This hotel was amazing! It feels like a newly opened hotel, but everything is very well-equipped and thoughtfully prepared. The hotel restaurant serves Hunan-style hot pot for dinner, and it was absolutely delicious. There were also many Thai guests staying here. The rooms do not have air conditioning, but it wasn’t a problem at all because the weather is cool throughout the year. I accidentally left some belongings at the hotel, and the staff kindly helped coordinate the return shipment. The service was excellent in every aspect. เนื่องจากเป็นที่พักเพิ่งเปิดรีวิวยังน้อย พอไปถึงที่พักชอบมาก ใกล้ทางเข้า dagu Gracier แต่จะห่างจากในตัวเมืองประมาณ 10 km แต่ที่โรงแรมมีบริการร้านอาหาร ห้องพักกว้างมาก และสะอาด มีสิ่งอำนวยสะดวกครบ ชักโครกเป็นระบบอัติโนมัติ ถ้าคนกระเป๋าเดินทางใหญ่ไม่ต้องกังวล มีลิฟท์บริการค่ะ ห้องไม่มีกลิ่นบุหรี่ค่ะ เจ้าของน่ารักมากค่ะ พวกเรา 9 คนอยากไปลองกินร้านในเมือง เค้ามีบริการไปส่ง (แต่อาจมีค่าบริการนะคะ) เรากับเพื่อนประทับใจมาก

Nice room and super view on the rooftop panorama. Friendly for travelers, lovely kindness owners. Warm meal when I got altitude sickness. Our stay at this hotel near Dagu Glacier was amazing. It’s close to the entrance, which made our trip so convenient. The room was beautiful, very clean, and we even had a mountain view right outside. The toilet was automatic, which was a nice surprise. I requested a halal breakfast since we are Muslims, and they kindly granted our request. I even thought there was no TV — turns out it was a projector, and I was so amazed! 😁 Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.💯👍🏻🫶🏻

The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel. When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

ฉันชอบที่พักมากๆ เจ้าของโรงแรมดูแลดีมาก ห้องมีปัญหาก็เปลี่ยนห้องให้ใหม่ใหญ่กว่าเดิมด้วย และยังพาฉันไปทานอาหารกับครอบครัวอบอุ่นมากๆ เจ้าของโรงแรมคอยรับส่งฉันไปสถานที่ต่างๆด้วยทำให้เดินทางสะดวกมากๆ ขอบคุณที่ดูแลฉันเป็นอย่างดี 我非常喜欢这家酒店。酒店老板非常热情周到。我的房间出了点问题，他们帮我换了一间更大更新的房间。他们甚至还带我去和他们家人一起吃饭，这让我非常感动。老板还提供去各个地方的交通服务，让我的旅行非常方便。 谢谢😍😍

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍
