「I had a wonderful stay here in Heishui. The owner warmly welcomed us upon arrival and was incredibly kind and attentive. He even helped carry our luggage to the room, which made us feel very well taken care of. The room was clean and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The dinner food was also delicious. I highly recommend ordering the tomato and scrambled eggs dish, it was especially tasty! Overall, a very warm and pleasant experience. I would definitely stay here again.」

「Our stay at this hotel near Dagu Glacier was amazing. It’s close to the entrance, which made our trip so convenient. The room was beautiful, very clean, and we even had a mountain view right outside. The toilet was automatic, which was a nice surprise. I requested a halal breakfast since we are Muslims, and they kindly granted our request. I even thought there was no TV — turns out it was a projector, and I was so amazed! 😁 Overall, a great experience and highly recommended.💯👍🏻🫶🏻」

「This was my first time staying at this hotel, and I honestly had one of the best experiences. The hotel owner was extremely kind, friendly, and always helpful whenever we needed anything. He even helped us to buy ticket to Dagu glacier. Communication was very easy and smooth from check-in until check-out. The room was also very spacious, comfortable, and most importantly very clean. Everything was well prepared and made us feel relaxed throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Would definitely come back again in the future!」

場所は素晴らしく、見つけやすく、近くにはたくさんのレストランがありました。 ツインベッド付きの3部屋を予約しましたが、ホテルに到着すると、受付係がタイ語の「Sawasdee krab」で迎えてくれて、とても親切で心に触れてくれました。彼はタイ語の翻訳でより多くの情報を提供してくれて、私たちをより理解してくれました。 部屋は清潔で、大きなサイズの高い天井があり、よく準備されていました。電気毛布が提供されていたので、私たちは皆よく眠り、翌日のエネルギーを充電しました。 この素敵なホテルに滞在する機会があったのはよかったです!!!

This place is a one of a kind stay, if you've never been to China, this stay will put you in awe. This stay is more if a homestay owned by families. Rich with ******* heritage and hospitality. We were quite surprised that they said to just go upstairs and choose any room we liked 🤣. We really enjoyed our stay although the amenities were quite lacking but just enough. At night we were asking the owner if there is any nearby convenience store to buy some snacks but all stores were closed at the time. But the very kind uncle (owner) invited us to walk with him to his friend's store in the village. The store was closed but he called his friend to open the shop just for us ♥️. Overall a once in a lifetime memorable experience. 👍

The room is very spacious, clean, and comfy. This is the only hotel I found during my entire trip that has a bidet. The thing I appreciate the most is the service. The staff there were extremely welcoming and warm; they even offered us fruits and candies. When the kettle had a problem, they delivered a new one along with a bunch of water bottles without us even asking for it. I truly appreciate everything about this hotel. When I left my belongings behind, they immediately contacted me through WeChat and offered to send my items via SF Express. Even until the very end, they continued to provide 100% service. I’ve never written such a long review before, but this time I felt it was totally worth it. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel if I visit 黑水 again.

I am Thai🇹🇭. I stayed in a room for three people for two days. The cleanliness was still not up to standard, and the bathroom had a slight smell. However, on December 30, 2024, it snowed at night. When I woke up and looked out the window, everything was covered in snow. It was incredibly beautiful, like a scene from a fairy tale. The free food provided was steamed buns, boiled eggs, and bland rice porridge, which were just okay. But don’t forget to ask for a WeChat taxi contact because taxis are very limited. Just in case there’s no car available for the return trip from Tagong.
