前日の停電によりプールは閉鎖されました。この日は暑くて子供たちがプールに行きたがっていたので予約しました。しかし、全体的に滞在はいつものように素晴らしかったです!!!

部屋はきれいで、レイアウトも良かったし、バスルームのシャワーが好きです

This hotel is terrible, bad sheet so dirty, and so damn cheap can’t even provide water and tissue. Never going back to that hotel.

The location is good and the price is reasonable. However the room is not clean and the bathroom floor is sticky.

the location is convenient. it is near target and many restaurant. the room is very clean.

The location of the hotel is perfect if you have a car and don’t want to worry about parking. Parking does cost $14 a day however. It’s conveniently located next to a Target and their is a supermarket about a 5 min drive away. The gym facilities were very nice. If you want to use the pool you have to reserve an hour time slot. There’s no complimentary breakfast but there were granola bars to grab as snacks. Overall I enjoyed my stay

I love staying here. It’s always affordable and not overpriced like most of the city’s hotels ..

非常滿意，雖然遠離市區，但有公交。房間很大，乾淨。安靜。周圍有超市和許多餐廳。來費城玩挺不錯的選擇。

Haven't even spent a full first night here and im over it. The room was dirty, and run down. The shower was backed up and the toilet and room was just ick. I went down for a drink at the hotel bar and the bartender was rude and overcharged me. The man who checked me in was the most Pleasant.

At checking in the person at the Front Desk never looked at me with eye to eye contact to work in Customer Service. This is not good and he needs to work better with this concern, when Customers approach him at the Front Desk, whether at check-in or check-out. Yet overall my stay here with family, which we traveled from Virginia was good.

Some renovation work going on in the main lobby but still accessible. Room was very clean and comfortable. Andrea at the front desk was very friendly and professional. I always choose this hotel when I come into Philadelphia.

I like how you have to have a room key to get up to the rooms. Complimentary breakfast should be an option. And possibly a hot tub should be added to the pool area. Otherwise it was nice.
