While the hotel is very convieniently located in the midst of BKK I (a major tourist quarter in Phnom Penh), and the staff is friendly enough, and prices fairly competitive, however cleanliness is a real issue (smelly towels, smoke in the room on a smokefree floor, etc) , also very noisy with all the ongoing construction in the immediate neighbourhood, and when having asked for a late checkout, because of a nightflight, we were charged a near full night/day charge (without breakfast), which was not what was agreed with the reception in the morning. With a taxi waiting and a flight to catch, there was no other feasible option, but to pay, and write this review. No more next time in HomeChic. Having stayed there altogether for quite some time we would have expected better. Luckily there are sufficient alternatives in this quarter of Phnom Penh.

この宿泊施設は一応Hotelという名は付いていますが、その名に惑わされずにあくまでもアットホームな民宿のつもりお泊まりください。 民宿とは言っても一応お願いすれば掃除はしていただけます。ただしスタッフが忙しい時にはご自分で。 一応朝食付ということですが、8時以降にしか食べられませんし量も少ないので外食するか買っておくことをお薦めします。

当ホテルは、ちょうど良い間取りのサービスアパートメントです。 初めて部屋を割り当てたとき、部屋にたくさんのアリがいましたが、部屋を変更してからは良くなりました。 キッチンはありますが、調理器具や食器が一切なく、他のサービスアパートメントに比べて劣ります。

とても良いです、それは国内のホテルにとても似ています。廊下はカーペット敷きで、部屋のインテリアはインターネット上の写真とまったく同じです。装飾はすべて中国に似ています。前回泊まった別の中国人がオープンしたホテルよりもずっといいです。隣は沙県のおやつで、朝は食べるのにとても便利です。

フランスの美しいホテル、思いやりのある5 *美しい。トップスタッフ。最後の階の朝食、素晴らしい景色。目覚めたら口を開けてください。テキスト+++トゥル美術館まで徒歩5分に理想的な場所。それからトゥルトゥルクに行って他の都市を訪れるのに良い場所です。

We are normally using this hotel for our tour groups yearly and brought them a lot of business with small and big groups since before Covid-19. BUT lastly, after Covid-19 such a big mistake by this hotel staff, they have no good communication with their teamwork and bad re-act communication with my booking manager which is they did not take any responsibility for our booking and informations. Their services get worst and worst, communication by email, phone and telegram are very very poor, once we have a booking with them but they did not take it as part of and there is no room for my client. My group in December 2022- I told them to charge their drinks to my client but they still put on me, this is unacceptable service and terrible service that I have never and ever met. We will not be using this hotel anymore for our tour groups. Terrible service and communication!!!
