Don't let the pictures fool you. I'm so disappointed! Stayed for two night and booked 2 rooms and both were very disappointing. One had a strong ********* odor another smelled like sweat and old. The pool was small and dirty as well. The room's leather furnitures' were peeling off as well. I will never book this hotel again.

Like: Location is near convention center and restaurants Dislike: Workers using leaf blowers around property very early mornings, housekeepers inconsistent in cleaning room they come when they feel like it

We've enjoyed this Kimpton about a dozen times in the past seven years. Unfortunately the room decor is old and run down. We'd noticed that the desk chair was very worn the last couple of stays but assumed it was an oversight. The desk chair in last night's room was equally worn as was the leather bed frame with tears and the like. I also noticed that the facial tissue is now an inferior, rough brand. These are just examples. Service remains good and so does the Blue Hound, but the rooms need a facelift. And P.S., they don't have smart tvs so you can't stream. They've not stayed with the times.

This place is a perfect location for the stadium. We went to Phoenix for a basketball game and couldn’t have picked a better hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here. Lyle at the front desk was the best and so was Sam from the restaurant. We liked the upstairs and the pool deck and the bar! We really enjoyed it!

Very disappointed with our stay. First problem was that the shower was either scalding hot or ice cold and very difficult to get to a moderate temp. Partially used bottles of the single use lotion left in the bathroom. No real comforter on the bed but rather a thin sheet like duvet. It was the equivalent of sleeping with 3 sheets. We also had late checkout and had a do not disturb sign on the door. Despite all that we had multiple disturbances from the cleaning staff. We used the text message contact to share with the staff about the issues and got no response. So at checkout we also voiced our issues and barely got an apology. This hotel overall doesn't seem to compare well to the neighboring hotels of the same level. Don't think we'll be back.

I will never stay at this property again. The furniture in the hotel was chipping and the couch was sunk in. I also ending up spending 150 dollars in one day just on parking alone. There is no bellhop and the walking distance from the GarageBand to the hotel was ridiculous,…. Especially when you have lots of luggages. The only thing that made this experience somewhat okay was the shower and tub set up, other than that… never again.

Beautiful hotel, great location. Staff wasn’t particularly pleasant or helpful. We attempted to have a drink and appetizer at Blue Hound but left due to not being helped. WiFi was too difficult to figure out. For the money was disappointed with the experience

Beautiful hotel, heart of downtown, great staff. The hotel rooms are starting to show signs of their age, they are a little run down. The pool area was extremely crowded, the music was outrageously loud and the area (pool deck) not at all clean, lots of spilled food, dirty dishes and glassware.
