Awesome! Staff & Pplp

The website obviously has older pictures and it boasts that the hot tub and pool are open 24/7. The hot tub is closed and dug up with bags of concrete laying around it and the pool closes at midnight. The trim is peeling off the walls. There were bags of trash in all the hallways. They were hosting a pageant unbeknownst to us when booking and the noise level was awful. I was very disappointed and won't ever stay there again

My family enjoyed the hot tub and pool although it was freezing outside. The hotel also had movie night in the pool area with popcorn!

The staff was very accommodating and helpful! They have been doing some upgrading to the hotel and our room was leaking water around the windows. The staff quickly upgraded us to a kng suite at no charge!

I really enjoyed my stay at the Ramsey! Eric was very polite and provided me with all important information to make my stay even more delightful.

Easy check in, friendly staff, clean room and building. Breakfast is included but not the best fruit options or healthy eating options. I would suggest options that are also not buffet style. Breakfast staff member that was delivering the food to the buffet was excessively coughing.

the staff excellent , the hotel is a little old but it is in the process of renovation, will come back when it is remodeled

The room itself was very good! Very clean and nice beds. The lobby and staff were nice. The bathroom in our room could have used some work. The toilet wasn't bolted down and moved when sitting down and made terrible sounds, there was some damage that seemed to have just been painted over and a piece of trim was left in the floor under the sink with nails sticking out. Also, add soap dishes to keep the soap from slipping around and making bathroom counters gross. I did enjoy having full sized pump products in the shower!

There was dirty kleenexes on floor from previous stay. The bathroom needed remodled. The showerhead was broken. This was our third year staying there for New Year's Eve. The bar was not open on NEW years's Eve and very little choices on the bar list. This part was not my biggest concern but I heard others complaining. Overall I was extreamely disappointed
