ラ・メゾン・ホテル(La Maison Hotel)

The AC was very high and there was no remote contole to control it and no sheet to cover ourselves. We called the staff, they brought an AC remote controle but never a sheet, although they kept saying they were going to they never did. The sheet that covered the bed was dirty. Breakfast was included and no time was mentionned when booking but once we get there they said Breakfast is to be served at 8h AM. Our flight was at 7h45 am so I believe that saying "Full Breakfast included" is a lie to get people to book as there was nothing around to get food from. It was an a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I should have been refunded.

The staff are friendly they all know me by name the went above and beyond to make things happen the property it self need updating

My experience there wasn’t a good one I was only there for 2 nights the first night I got there there was no water I couldn’t shower and brush my teeth it was awful but the staffs are nice I know it’s haiti but the service should have been better I don’t recommend la maison hotel to anyone

The room was good, but there was insects In the room service not good at all. The place looks good though and quiet.

That was my first and last stay at that hotel the only good thing was that the staff was nice. Cons- I arrived at the hotel past check in time around 3:50 I still had to wait for a good 40 mins for the room to be ready. Got to the room there wasn’t any towel or toiletries had to walked /called reception to ask for items about 3 times in 3 hours finally got them around 8pm . I am a pescatarian but there was nothing in the seafood dept to eat at the restaurant except lambi didn’t trust them enough so I didn’t eat I ordered pasta as breakfast food was terrible I couldn’t it couldn’t even get a cold bottle of water or ice for that matter well forget about getting your drink of choice you’ll get what they have . I don’t have enough time to explain everything that went wrong let’s just say that the staff was nice and I got a ride to the airport the driver was also nice that is it. Needless to say I will never set foot in that hotel ever again.

This property need some work done ,no hot water living area is dirty

Power cut off all night, no phone in the room in case of emergency, no night stand , the tub were clugged water couldn’t drain. Definitely need my money back

The worst place ever. Don’t even have water to shower. I wish I had a zero star for them.

not a good place for the vacation .not breakfast only 2 spaghetti and sandwiches every morning
